The pillows were useless, even 2 of them wasn't adequate. Totally flat. No instructions were given for the air conditioning unit which we could not figure out although we are technically savvy. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Great location in the centre of Celle. Very helpful staff. Only slight problem was the room smelled a bit smoky. Other than that, it was excellent for what we wanted. I would definitely return and recommend.

Generelt var hotellet fint, men sengene var meget megrt hårde og puderne meget tynde.

Perfect location, and great parking facilities 50m from Hotel

Badezimmer super klein. Zwei Kissen pro Person sind zu empfehlen weil die Matratzen sehr hart sind. Sehr laut bei offenem Fenster wegen der Hauptstraße, bei geschlossem Fenster ok. Frühstück nicht mitgebucht, da sehr teuer für ein drei Sterne Hotel. Möglichkeit günstiger und trotzdem gut zu frühstücken ist in der Innenstadt vorhanden. Personal beim ein- und auschecken super freundlich.

eenvoudig hotel, netjes. De kamer en de badkamer zijn niet groot. geen airco. Sommige kamers hebben een tussendeur en zijn dan heel gehorig De kamers aan de straatzijde zijn niet aan te bevelen ivm met veel verkeerslawaai. Het raam kam dan niet open. Ontbijt kost 17 euro p.p. veel te duur. het hotel heeft een paar eigen parkeerplaatsen. waarvan men niet altijd kan zeggen of er een vrij is, betere registratie zou minder discussie geven aan de receptie wat nu het geval was. Parkeren in de parkeergarage naast hotel kost 12 euro sommig personeel schuift vragen door naar een collega, niet klantvriendelijk. bv als je een andere kamer vraagt, of er een parkeerplaats is enz. Het hotel ligt zeer gunstig tov de stad

We had a cat and an electric car with us, stayed for 2 nights. Cat was charged 15 Euro/night which is overpriced, they only have to clean the room once when we left. EV charging was installed (2 outlets), but no way to reserve - so other cars were just parked on these places, which should be reserved for EV's. So we dont know if the charging-outlets is working or not. Nearby parking-house also has EV-charging

Overall it was a good stay. Great personal. Judt one thing- so much noise from the traffic. Can not really sleep with open windows

We arrived by 23:00 and the person in the reception was smiling and happy to greet us, helpful with in site parking and even checking the plan with us for the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable, although beds could have an extra layer to soften. We paid for the parking but we were allowed to keep the car until 2pm,which allowed us to visit this beautiful town properly. Location is also perfect. Great value for money.

Super location to old town

Very easy to check in. The location is close to the Celle center. We enjoyed our stay.

Mediocre hotel, very basic. But you get what you pay for and we just needed a place to sleep during the trip through Germany. Ok standard.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was quite modern, clean and was a very good bargain for the price. Parking was available and the hotel was located a few minutes walk away from the beautiful old city. We were happy for the choice and will return.

Hotel is centrally located in Celle, but definitely needs air con, the small rooms get very overheated.

i stayed here for a couple of days for my friends wedding. very close to the city center, although the city itself is very small, the hotel has pretty much everything it has to offer. very clean, friendly staff. very reasonable for the money.

Someone parked in my reserved space and the staff not only found the situation difficult to resolve but couldnt grasp my annoyance at having been awake half the night worrying because I was forced (or pay elsewhere) to park illegally. At one point one of the staff spoke very rudely to me, I had to rebuke her attitude. I attempted to remain calm (ish) and conversed in German so that nothing could be lost in translation. Eventually my parking fee was removed but only after a fuss. Terrible customer services by this particular staff member. Not something Id expect from the Germans. Otherwise the hotel and other staff were absolutely fine. Excellent location.

Generally tidy and clean rooms but you can get a nicer cheaper breakfast over the road in the town centre. Some staff very helpful but others rather grumpy. parking an issue of your not quick to book a space.

My minimum 50 character comment is that this is a functional hotel that is fine value for the money. If you are working or traveling to the Hannover Fair this is a great place to stay. Beats Hannover hands down but you have to look around. This hotel is close to the nicest part of Celle but you have to search it out. It is worth the effort.

All ok except for the bed. Mattress so soft I slept like a banana. Oh, and they now charge 8€ for parking which they never used to.... bit off I thought as the "Parkschein" from Reception used to be free for paying guests.
