Property a little dated but it was a good deal for a place to crash for the night. This was a great value. Bed and pillows were decent, place was clean and had a great working large screen TV. Worked for me

Except for the construction going on around the Hotel I really like this place

My step daughter lives in Hillsboro. I needed a place to stay close to her home and Larkspur was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced, nice room with desk and a small kitchen. I plan to stay again next time I am in town.

Got a good rate going through a 3rd party booking service. Front desk personnel were very friendly and answered all our questions. Room was clean & well put together. Nice to have a choice of different pillows. Only downside I can think of is it would be nice to have a wider variety for breakfast.

Best value in town for a clean and quiet room with kitchenette. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and affordable. That's a 10 in my book. :)

The Hotel is located at a crossing. There very loud cars with exhaust manipulations motorbikes all night long

King executive suite was a great size with full kitchenette and a door to the main bedroom. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nice and allowed us to check in early. Checkout isn’t until 12pm which is really nice and their continental breakfast was quite delicious! Overall a great stay and would stay here again 😁.

Clean plenty of parking

Liked everything about it. Only thing we didnt like was that they accepted pets. My whole family is allergic to dogs. Our allergies are not our choice, bringing your pets is a choice. That inconciderate for all people with pet allergies.

I like staying here as it is always clean and comfortable.

Great place and location. Staff VERY helpful. The room was big with lots of amenities. Breakfast had lots of options. I’m compelled to check out other properties in this brand now.

Nice quiet room with a really good breakfast

Stayed at Larkspur while attending a weekend concert in another venue. This motel was adequate and priced at a value for that purpose.

Good breakfast terrible management bad communication

The property seemed like a good value, it was relatively clean and quite spacious and I loved that we could cook there. However when I wanted to extend my reservation i found out they had taken a larger deposit than they said they had taken, and blamed it on my bank. In addition even though they had my money on deposit, in order to extend they would need to take ANOTHER deposit. This hotel is NOT that nice to be catering only to people with extra money to throw around like that. It felt like a place you would send your grandparents to live out their final days. Or a college dorm room. They should definitely recognize that people come there because they need a bed for a night. I booked it partially for the free breakfast but I didn’t even end up going down for breakfast because I was literally balling in the room until check out realizing that because of their policy I wouldn’t be able to book another room anywhere in the area either. I offered to pay cash even, because I had cash just not a credit card with enough available on it for two deposits. They don’t accept cash. Luckily we found a nicer room 2 hours away at Seaside at the beach for 50 dollars less a night that didn’t require a deposit so it was a real “when god closes a door he opens a window” situation and I thought to myself “I guess the answer was no so that we could say yes to something better.” That said, I didn’t see any bugs and being able to cook was nice. The bathtub was gross though.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good the cookies at night were goof too. The staff was pleasant and on it off i needed anything. I had a great stay there. Probably coming back next year.

Consistent service and a place I frequent for business travel!

The breakfast offered was much better than a typical Continental meal. There was hot eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes, an assortment of breads,cereals and fruit. We would go there again!

Beautiful setting in Hillsboro, peaceful, walking distance to the library and parks.

Nice place to stay. Would stay here agin.

Friendly consistent staff

Breakfast was limited. Breakfast attendant and staff was reponsive to request to refill the food. As if they did not care for the guest . Did not refill food in a timely manner. No one had information on how long they will refill food. A lot of guest were waiting and just decided to leave. Dated property. Needs to be renuvated .

The room had dirty items (linens,garbage) left in the room. Also, the cabinet where the garbage was was broken and we kept running into the broken door.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is well looked after, and clean.

Check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean.

They have freshly baked cookies at 5pm, wish the hotel told us about it rather than one of their guests. I lucked out getting one after the hops game and they were delicious. Nice quiet area, easily accessible to a lot of places.

They did have availability last minute which was nice . We ended up in a suite with a queen pull out bed that definitely needs updated ..the king bed’s mattress was hard. Had an adequate continental breakfast .

The room above me was very loud. Stomping at all hours. I told the front desk and they said “I’m sorry”.

The breakfast in the mornings was nice, there was always toast, bagels and pasteries. Also some form of eggs and turkey sausage. Check in took a bit longer than i would have liked, and my room had a dripping faucet, as well as the AC that didnt blow cold air. So, overall it was decent.
