Expedia advertised this property as pet friendly, serving free breakfast for guests, and suitable accommodations for travelers. After a long day of travel with two small dogs, we were informed that we were booked into a smoking room. They no longer accepted pets nor served breakfast. The pool was closed over six years ago. Fortunately for us, the desk clerk took pity on us putting us in a nonsmoking room with a pet fee in order to accommodate our needs. She gave us a first floor room, close to the office and allowed us to park directly in front of the room. We did not sleep. People were loud, slamming doors, using the ice machine and smoking directly in front of this room. I had to knock on the window at 3 am so the loud conversation would move elsewhere.

Nice clean nice people

IT WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED AT ALL. AFTER WE SAW THE ROOM WE DECIDED NOT TO STAY THERE. the ROOM HAD A STRONG SMOKE ODER.

It was so bad we did not stay. Not safe and not clean or tidy. Manager said they would refund our money but we have to go through Expedia. This place should not even show up on your website.

We stayed at this Travelodge for 1 night and it was very comfortable. I really liked having the table with 2 chairs so we could eat. There was also a desk with a computer chair. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was VERY nice & friendly. The room condition was not good - felt & looked very run down & in need of cleaning/repair. In all this the bed was comfortable but I’m surprised we didn’t ‘catch’ something. Ie: bugs…

No coffee in office, didn't see the breakfast

The beds are so hard that I kept waking up because of back pain. The staff are better left alone than interacted with because if you interact with them then they will be angry. So as long you don't need to sleep and have no need for staff to help then you can stay here.

Whole place smelled like smoke, very smelly. Will not stay again.

Mobile mechanic/ thought that was cool

Front desk lady very nice, area felt unsafe, room door had pry marks, did not stay - no refunds but that’s ok, wouldn’t have been able to sleep anyway, lots of people loitering outside at 11pm,

It was dusty and the staff was rude

This place is in a bad part of town. Big sign as you check in saying if you get COVID they are not responsible. Not worth the price by a long shot. Carpet in front of sink was wet. Man who checked me in was abrupt and not friendly at all. If you a woman traveling alone I would not recommend this hotel. The bedspread had a huge burn hole in it. Very old looking with a terrible paint job. Toilet lid looked like some had burned it. Overall not a nice place. More like a rent by the hour place. If I hadn’t been exhausted from my drive and already paid on app I would have left. Not recommended

Close to where I needed to be , priced nicely, little rough on the edges.Would stay again.

Nice staff friendly and clean room

Didn't like the area, very sketchy and restaurants close by close early at night.

The man at the front desk was very nice and check in was fast. However the room was dirty, it reeked of cigarettes, and there were holes in my sheet. It was extremely noisy with traffic and other guests. I hardly slept at all.

Nice family staff...i had to change my room because the first one wasn't that clean but the staff was nice to relocate me ASAP

Quiet and safe

Spent only one night due to cancelled flight, if I had choice I wouldn’t have!!! When we checked in, the guy was rude and yelled at my sister for ringing the bell that says “ring bell for assistance”. Place was dusty, and had bugs. This place was a nightmare!!

If you are looking for a nice place with all the amenities then this isn't it. If all what you want is a place to sleep and shower then this will fit the bill.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The manager was excellent. Though the hotel was basic, I would recommend the hotel to friends.

I had missed my connecting flight in due to delays and was stuck the night in Atlanta.The woman who helped me check in was nice, but that doesn't make up for how disgusting the room was. I refused to walk barefoot on the carpet. As the title states, it was better than sleeping at the airport....but not by much.

Rooms smell. Mold on shower curtains. Holes in walls and doors. Blood on lampshade. The cloth that you lay your head on do not deserve to be called pillows. Rooms outdated. Toilet seat broke when sat on. A/C takes forever to cool the room. Ants crawling on the wall. It's been days since this horrible experience and I'm STILL waiting for the wake-up call I scheduled. Condemn this slum!
