The hotel needs better maintenance. The curtain rod was broken. The shower head was leaking.

The host was welcoming, and very respectful.
There were some booking issues through Expedia, with that my CC was compromised. The host was very understanding in my hesitation to give my id and CC explained fully what it was for.
It was a very positive interation. Great room, beautiful, and pet friendly. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. BUT NOT USING EXPEDIA any longer.

The bed was one of the comfiest hotel bed/ pillows I have had in a while.

Elevator stopped working daily and we had to haul ball bags down 3 flights of stairs and one guest had mobility issues. They didn’t come in and do rooms regularly, when they did they took all dirty towels and that’s it didn’t leave clean ones to replace what they took. Did not take garbage nothing. Don’t think they ever cleaned behind bed when remote fell down there I didn’t want to reach for it… and the pool was colder then a lake.

The hotel is average. Nothing fancy. But we had a good sleep, it was clean, close to restaurants, and had breakfast food to get us going in the morning.
We would stay again for the night.

It was a good nights rest stop , nothing spectacular. A bit run down but tried to renovate and keep it clean . Not bad for what you pay for .

Very run down rooms. Paint chipping off the walls, carpets were filthy. Definitely not worth the price.

This property is visibly run down. Paint peeling, dim lighting, stained carpets, mattresses with huge imprints that are no longer flat, old dated comforters, bathrooms with mildew looking tile staining. Pool bottom has large paint chips, defects, pool chairs with busted up plastic making them useless to sit on. Would never stay again.

Stay was great. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Receptionist was polite and made check in easy and seemed eager to assist if we needed anything, which we didnt.

Staff friendly & efficient . Room was very dark, dark brown curtains & bedspread & a small window. Walls were very scuffed & marked up, baseboards all in need of cleaning .
Linens were thin from wear, both top sheet & blanket provided little warmth .
Plenty of parking & convenient location while travelling.

The room was adequate, however there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Everything about the room was great besides the lack of cleanliness. You could tell the floors have not been properly cleaned in many months. Just looking at them they looked grimy. My nephew crawled on the floor as we were unpacking. And in less then 10 minutes his little hands, feets and knees were black and dirty and grimy. We mentioned this to the staff at the front desk and right away they came and quickly wiped down the main area. This didnt do anytbing as the floors really needed a DEEP clean. Despite the staff wiping the floors everything was just covered in dirt and grime. We were told its because its "considered an outdoor space" due to the room have a door leading to ourside. Again staff were responsive and friendly. But this room needs a VERY deep clean.
