It was quick n easy . everyone was friendly.
Quiet and just nice all around..will come back n stay again. Got a room with jetted tub and that was big n room was very comfirtable..

Was denied entry because we didn’t have someone over 21 with us to get checked in. Drove 4 hours and left stranded in the middle of west valley at 10pm.

I decided to choose this location due to the convenience. The outside was old and worn, the inside was was equally old and worn, although it was clean the floors where scratched, stained and worn out. The staff was nice and pleasant. The room was pretty outdated, floors had massive stains, the bathroom faucet had chips in it showing rust, as well as the tub, and looks like rust stains on the wall. The towels where also well used, thin, and 1 even had a hole in it. At least the beds where comfortable. They advertised a swimming pool and spa, but the spa was empty and showing that it wasnt working for a while, the ceiling above the pool had severe leak issues including a sagging roof in one corner. And the next morning the breakfast bar was average, but pretty empty and had to ask when it will be restocked, only to habe a few people waiting that alot was gone when it finally was restocked. Not impressed with the price I've paid for such a disappointing stay.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.
Where to start?! Upon check-in, we were informed the elevator was broke and they had us on the third floor. After hiking up 3 flights of stairs, we all notice how filthy the hotel is. Stains everywhere and it smelled like dirt weed.
Now I'm starting to second guess my hotel selection but go ahead and swipe my key card to get in my room only for thr deadbolt to stop me and then to hear "oh my god, someone is in my room".
Yes, the hotel gave me someone elses room who happened to be butt naked, getting ready for bed.
After complaining to the front desk and asking for a new room ASAP, they inform me they are actually fully booked can't do anything for me.
Their extreme mess up left me, my three year old, my husband, and my elderly mom without a hotel room after driving 6 hours at 11 at night.
For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had some food I brought on the table and left for a few hours and came back to the worst ant infestation ever. Of course I got accused of bringing them in

It was very messy and hot thy switch to new room were yup did not work and water did come out shower and no hot water sunflower seed all over no microwave to warm up food a tv did not work and to use jantor clostet to use there microwave to warm my dinner up bath room sink didn’t drain

Overall the hotel was nice, but some of the carpet on the hall was dirty, and when I stayed there the elevator was not working, neither was the jacuzzi.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk people were nice. Downside was the pool was open but it was so dirty and the water was uncomfortably cold. You couldnt even swim in it. Hot tub has been broken for ages. And pool is definitely unkept. There was bugs and the water was so murky and dirty.

My room was the worst Best Western I have ever had. The pool & hot tub didn’t work. Tiles in the room were broken and dangerous. Your better of finding a old, side of the road roach motel.

I got there and i was on the third floor and the elevator was broke. I am 69 years old and do not like stairs. The sink in the bathroom had no hot water. I understand about not cleaning daily but with little trash cans they really need to at least empty them.

Our room was in 3rd floor and no elevator. Then when we get to our room, it is not cleaned. Trash cans full, bed not made, floor dirty and personal items left on dresser. Next room was clean but we had ants.

Put on arriving I was told there was no elevator and I am on the second floor. His second comment was if you’d like to cancel you can do so. What kind of comment is that when you have no other place to stay. So I took the stairs to the second floor changed into a bathing suit and went down to the empty hot tub. Disappointed again, went back to my room and went to bed. The bed was not comfortable. It was very hard and I woke up the next morning with a stiff neck. Breakfast was the best part about the whole place.

The only negative point was that there was no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor the night before undergoing back surgery and having a difficult time walking. The staurs however were easy to navigate.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! They have a great breakfast and a latte/hot chocolate machine! Totally awesome! We will always stay here when in salt lake!

Room did not have the amenities that were listed on the site. Staff was rude, room was dirty with many non working items. And was forced to check out within 30 minutes of check in after complaining about the room to the manager and staff. Was told we would be refunded and were not refunded. Also had a $100 deposit taken from me that was not refunded as well

I did not end up staying here because I paid for a room with a jetted tub and when I arrived I was told that the tub was not working. It was upsetting

While the room itself looked nice and updated and the staff was friendly, we had a horrible experience. It started with the fact the the elevator did not work, which really wasn't that big of a deal for us but then...the pool and hot tub were both closed! We had been hiking for 5 days...that's why I booked here - hot tub? YES, please! And THEN...the TV did not work. We went to the front desk and reported that we could not find the remote. Turns out we did not have a remote because we did not have a cable box, which was expected in the following week. Well that's not helpful when trying to watch March Madness. I asked for another room but they said they were "almost booked"...then "booked". While I realize none of these issues were the fault of the staff, they were not apologetic about any of it. I did like the coffee machine at breakfast and it was a short drive to the airport.

Everything was great - but the elevator wasn't working. I was on the 3rd floor and made 2-3 trips to bring all of my things in. Then after 1 1/2, i make the long trip up and the card has deactivated. Down again, then up again. That did not make my stay very enjoyable.
