The hotel is absolutely horrible such a shame I stayed here about 5 years ago I am from Edison New Jersey and moved to Texas. It’s located in a nice business area so you wouldn’t think it would be a run down hotel. Me and my father were coming to town for a wedding we booked this hotel for our WHOLE stay, and when we pulled up the parking lot was completely full, people roaming around outside (sus behavior), looked more of like an apartment or section 8 than a comfy hotel. When I walked inside to cancel it did not smell good inside. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Sorry.

Traumatized. Switched rooms three times cause they were all dirty with trash and grease stains on the tables, and weird smell. In the third room we had to have it sprayed down to make it passable. After airing out the room i sat on the bed which looked clean when i got up noticed a stench undid the bed to discover a sh** stain that was still fresh enough to pass through the top sheets. I ran to shower and threw away the clothes i had on. The manager refused to give me a refund despite explaining the situation and showing her the disgusting proof. I refused to leave until i got my refund and after almost 40 mins of arguing finally got refunded and ended up having to pay allot more to find a room elsewhere that same night. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m not sure why I’m receiving this survey being that I was told the hotel could not accommodate my stay and told me not to come but I’m receiving notifications about checking in and how my stay was and was charged

They offered a breakfast which was not stocked and didn't even have coffee. When I found the front desk person and asked for coffee I was told they didn't have any. Don't offer something if you're not going to have it available for guests

Room was not cleaned because i didn't stay for 14 days. Breakfast was disappointing the same 2 favor muffins and nasty coffee and tea. Only thing good was they give you clean towels as much as you want. I would never stay here again

It was a bad experience, the room was not clean, we asked for extra pillows, it was not provided, the furniture and bed was in bad condition. The staff was not helpful at all. We ask to clean the room, the receptionist told they only clean in 14 days. Worst experience of my life staying in a hotel. Never ever will stay in extended America. Breakfast was horrible, we asked for cream and instead of refilling, they said it is over. They said there will be bagel for breakfast, but only oatmeal packets and granola bar was there. We booked for 4 days, but left in 2 days.

Not so good. The building, rooms, bathrooms, all were terrible and outdated. The front desk staff was nice but manager Ramkrishan by himself was rude, toxic and highly unprofessional. He should have been trained about customer care before making him manager.

We found hair in the bathroom which is a bad thing to get to a hotel we called the cleaner and she cleaned it but it was not as you should find a lodging

The property is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood. Though the condition of the rooms and interiors are fairly old and are showing significant signs of wear and tear. The toilet didn't have a trashcan and when the front desk was contacted for the same, I was responded back with an answer that the property was fully booked and had run out of dustbins. Inside the suite, a lamp or two were not working. The curtains were long and short, weird. And the entire lobby smelled of cigarettes and beers on Saturday night.
Worst of all, we had to evacuate our room twice during our stay due to false fire alarm.imagine walking out of the room with whatever little valuable stuff, and an infant and rushing down the stairs at 10 pm just to realise it was a false alarm, that too twice.

I have no major complaints at all, the family was clean, stores and restaurants around it very convenient, staff friendly the only I did had an issue was they didn't have extra towels i had to wait until after midnight so they have them available
