This was a great location to move around the city. Very large room.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was awesome. The only negative is that the bathrooms are tiny and the property is outdated and really needs to be upgraded.

Wonderful stay! I thought the bed was great. I really liked the high ceilings in the room. Strong water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was nice too. The sausage links were better than the pattys. Avoid the coffee at breakfast it was really awful. Besides the coffee this is a great hotel especially for the price. I stayed for four nights, and will definitely come back next time i work in the area.

It was definitely clean, you can smell the cleaning products and see it! I loved that! Breakfast was lil less than what I had hoped for but hot nonetheless.

The front desk guy was absolutely useless. We had people smoking weed in a room beside us and he refused to do anything about it. Also there were plumbing issues in the middle of the night and we needed a plunger. We called down and he told us to come down to get it rather than bring it up. So, we had to put on clothes and come all the way down which is a chore in itself because of how ridiculous the place is situated. Then when we get it, he said “bring it back when your done” Ummm nope. The housekeeping staff did their job well which is the only good thing I can say.

The staff was great from the front desk to the cleaning staff, but the property while in an awesome location is old and needs some upgrades. I watched some painting and mopping in the lobby, the attention to front lobby detail was great - let’s tend to those fixtures and places where joint dirt is obvious.

It was average. The same thing for breakfast everyday

Bed sheets wasn’t clean. Called to get new one but never did. There was blonde hair in the bathroom and on towels. Asked for new towels and never got them.

Bed was really uncomfortable & bathroom so small (shower/toilet) that it was hard to maneuver (couldn't shut door if using the toilet). Also, the "view" we had was a wall, although we weren't staying for fun (family emergency). We did appreciate the breakfast and the staff was friendly.

Chileee the posted pics are not real This is a actual motel with outside entrances, old decor, old food in the microwave lets me know the room wasnt cleaned!!! Definitely 2 star. Im mad i didn't check google first. Front desk agent was very friendly though. But take them fake photos down its deceiving. Noooo just nooo i was shocked Fayetteville had something as such 😩😩😩

The hitel itself was beautifull, the staff was great. Bed was lumpy and cheap. Woke up really sore.

Everyone was nice to me. I enjoyed my stay. The eggs and sausage was great. But you have the worse coffee I have ever had. You need to switch brands.

The property was well maintained and the staff was great! The room on the pool side was a little noisy because of the main road. The room fridge was rickety but I was happy to have one. All in all a decent stay if you have reason to be in Fayetteville. Clean and friendly!

It was very outdated. Not what I was expecting for the money. Bathroom door was within an inch of the toilet when closing door. Only one side of bed had a night stand. Was on an end room with the smoking bench right around the corner (I have asmtha). I could hear foot steps in room above us as well when they took a shower. No channel guide in room with very small choice of channels. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

No hot water. Room not cleaned as there was still items like a half of the water bottle somebody’s mail or left in the room. The shower still had dirt rings around it. Even when we complained to the front desk, they seemed to not care at all.

I love the customer service from the breakfast lady. She was so polite and friendly. It is an old hotel but our room was very clean and quiet.

My stay at the Quality Inn wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The person that checked me in, asked for my DL, phone number, email and the last four digits of the card that I used on line to pay for the room. My issue was, the person verified me with my DL, phone number and email. That should have been enough especially since the room was already paid. If I wasn't able to give that person the last four of the card that was used to pay for the room, that person would not have given me a paid room. I find this unacceptable since the person had already verified who I was. It wasn't necessary for me to then, tell this person the last four digits of my card. This person also didn't inform me of the breakfast in the morning. Since this was not my first time staying there, I knew it was available but I still wasn't informed about breakfast. Also right outside my room people were smoking cigarettes in a non smoking area of the hotel. Overall, this just wasn't a good stay.
