The hotel was really functional and comfort able just kind of old but for one weekend is ok from the pricing.

First room we checked into had mold visible on chair and sofa bed . After that 2nd room did not have mold but not clean. We bought clraning supplies and cleaned but floorboards coming up and cracking. Stayed in other extended stay accommodations before and no issues but due to lack of cleanliness did not even try their breakfast items- not rven coffee. Thats bad!! We checked in 9:30 pm. Had we gone earlier we may have tried to cancel stay but places booked already. Do not recommend. Also elevator broke down during our stay. Only good thing eas centrally located and found a.great breakfast spot. Corpus location on staples st.

Had a nice week, TV remote didn't work and they brought me another in no time at all. Very friendly staff no problem at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the pool was nice. However, the hotel was advertised as having a “free continental breakfast” and upon arrival we were told that breakfast was “grab and go” (which turned out to be muffins and granola bars - not what I would consider a continental breakfast). There are no ice machines, just trays in the freezer which are not necessarily helpful if you need ice immediately. In addition, the wi-fi did not seem to be turned on at any time other than late afternoon/evening. This might be a nice place to stay if you are planning to stay an extended period as the name suggests, otherwise there are other less pricey hotels that don’t have a kitchen but have better short-term amenities.

Nice room at a grate price. Staff was very polite, a lot of resturants near by. Beach only 20 min away. Grab and go breakfast offered very convenient. Amenities included such as washer, dryer, drink vending machine others, ect. Definitely will be booking this hotel again.

The hotel need clear carpet. Also don't mention that "breakfast included" as there was no breakfast. Coffee is not breakfast.

I wouldn't go here again, nor let my children stay here. The foundation was not level, it was not updated, rust along the bathroom fixtures, missing pieces of tile, bed was uncomfortable.

The maintenance were cutting the grass and didn’t clean swimming pool I order to use it. Breakfast was limited and no coffee. AC was not working adequately. Room was hot. Will not recommend facility.

The negatives: We got a non- smoking room with a bed and a pull out couch. The rim smelled like smoke and the pull out couch was broken. Toiletries were missing.
The positive: The front desk lady was SUPER helpful and nice. She changed us to a two bed room that smelled nice and clean.

The mattress on the sofa bed has 6 large brown stains, absolutely discussing! The attendant told me that she was all alone and couldn’t change out the bed because they didn’t have any. And couldn’t switch our room because they didn’t have any. Tolls me I could check out at 9:00 pm ! I told her my grandson needed to go to sleep! It was such a nightmare! I was so stressed out that I too could have been sleeping on a stained bed!
I told them I wanted a refund for at lease the bed I couldn’t use and told me no refunds would be applied!!

When we first got there it was hot in the room so we turned the AC down to 65 which it did nothing. The front desk came to look at it and said nothing was wrong with it. The pull out couch was broken so my son and nephew had to sleep on the floor our entire stay. The beds were hard as rocks. I am very disappointed with this extended stay and will not be returning.

Room was definitely not cleaned from the last stay. Hair in the bed/sink/shower.
Had 2 cockroaches in the room when I got there. Also only had 2 out of 4 lights working. Fan in the bathroom also not working.

The floor in the room felt sticky, so I had to keep the AC at 68, any warmer and the floor would feel gross. Other than that, the room was great. Staff wasn't around when it was time to check out. There were four other people waiting to check out as well. Even when the bell was rung, no one came. We all just ended up tossing our room keys on the desk, hoping that they checked us out in time. I guess they did, cause I didn't see an additional charge.

Will start off by saying the property is hardly maintained…… the lobby is very small. No one is ever available at the front desk, you got to keep ringing bell to call someone….. shampoo , soap, dishes, dish washer needs to be carried by the customer to their room even towels , blankets and sheets. No ice maker, in the name of breakfast it’s just muffins and coffee which stinks. The elevator may fall any time or stop working while in operation ,,,, and it is too load and gives jolts scaring the sh**t out of people…..rooms are not cleaned… linen stinks…..on checkout time the front desk who is also the manager on duty will come up to your room and knock to practically get out of the room. No more going back to the property again.

Check in was good, the room was clean but had a bad Odor/smell, I believe it was the carpet, not good for your health, the hotel is outdated, the kitchenette didn’t have any supplies, cabinets totally empty, we didn’t need it but if you do then you have to request for any kitchenware, the hotel is in a good location, places to eat, shopping stores very convenient, no breakfast served only coffee and a granola bar, if you prefer an upgraded hotel, this is not the one, we arrived late in the evening, so it served us for the night

We booked a room at this hotel through Hotels.com after indicating that we would be traveling with 3 adults (2 parents and an adult child) and 2 children under 18. The room description stated that there were "multiple beds" and space enough to accommodate the travelers registered for the stay. When we arrived, we were given a room with two queen beds and a single chair that neither rolled out nor reclined. When I asked the concierge for a roll-out bed, I was told that "all of our roll-out beds are broken at the moment." We left immediately - the room could not accommodate us after all. And we were not able to receive a refund onsite because we booked through a third party.

We booked the room specifically for the pull-out couch feature. When arriving to our room the pull-out couch was broken, we let them know that we needed some kind of an accommodation as the reservation was booked for 2 adults and 4 children and there was not enough space for everyone to sleep. They let me know there was nothing they could do to help; they had no rooms to move us to and did not have any extra roll away beds. AS A RESULT, THE ADULTS HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR SO THE KIDS HAD ENOUGH ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel advertised free breakfast and the free breakfast that was provided was a packaged, dry muffin and coffee. The sheets were stained, although they smelled clean, they were full of stains and holes. This was a horrible stay!

Our suite was very spacious for our family of 5. Very comfortable & clean throughout. Loved the options to request dishes & kitchen cooking utensils for the spacious & full size kitchenette. All staff were friendly. I did have some concerns about building structure & safety which I failed to mention to management. We stayed on second floor & noticed a slant on flooring going into kitchen but especially where dresser/Tv is placed. Dresser or tv could easily fall over if bumped. Other safety concern was the back entry has a sign that key card is needed to enter however we were able to open door without key card. (Maybe it just wasn’t closed all the way?). Our room door didn’t close properly, you had to push on it hard to get the lock to latch. lastly, the sofa bed had no sheet for the mattress, which I used a flat sheet from my bed, but the main issue about it was the mattress was very worn out & stained.

Elevator was broken, first room had a big puddle in the kitchen, no hair conditioner, and I wouldn't ever call that breakfast, maybe a snack at best. Prepackaged muffins and oatmeal. There was no juice or fruit. Our door was difficult opening and closing. Overall, disappointing.
