Check in and everyone nice, room clean,but the smell of recreational drugs very bad and harmful. Need policy set up no drug smoke or be evicted. It was ridiculous.

This is an extended stay hotel and you can tell. The smell in the hallway was not great, the shower had something fuzzy growing on top, the room smelled of mildew and the floor was damp and sticky. Our toilet stopped working and the man at the front desk was kind enough to let us switch rooms. Room number two smelled faintly of smoke but at least wasn't damp. For the price, it was definitely not worth it. I'd at least expect breakfast. The staff was kind and attentive, but the facility leaves a lot to be desired. Would not stay again.

I travel to Brentwood for work, the location is proximate to Maryland Farms and Brentwood Town Center. Everything I need is right there. Excellent local parks for walking and jogging and VERY nice employees.

Dirty. Dirty walls, dirty carpets, stained sheets. He room was so sticky and humid, it looked like it had mildew growing on the lamp shade. The wifi was garbage and everything was just so run down and needed replacing. The staff was friendly but for the price, I would have expected a clean room.

Shelia and Matt were so helpful with my stay. We were interested in choosing a hotel that had a kitchen and a pool since it's summer and the price and location was perfect. It is located in a very nice area of Nashville about 20 minutes from the center of downtown. There was little to no traffic in this area and getting into the city was a breeze. Everything was just awesome and we will be staying here everytime we visit Nashville from this point on. Thanks Shelia and Matt for the super hospitality!

We were moving our daughter from one house to another in Nashville. We have made many trips to Nashville over the years and we were trying a new location. The hotel was very dated, not very clean and it had roaches! The floors were sticky and the television didn’t work at all! Never again!

We were on a long weekend stay and for the price I immediately booked. We were so pleased and enjoyed the set up of the suite. We were able to relax and felt at home. The staff was super nice. The rooms were not new as you just knew by the structure itself...but the place was very clean and up to date.
We definitely plan to stay here again.

I was disappointed about the pool not being open. It was a roach in the room i had to move to and also it had a funny smell. First room the shower was dirty and the toilet was clogged. The staff was very nice but overall i wasn't really happy with my stay. Was visiting from Michigan btw.

The property is in need of updates. Couch was beat up and torn. Bed was terrible- sagged in middle. You will need a chiropractor after. Bathroom had a water leak by tub. I could go on and on

The room was run down and needed a lot of repairs. Dresser drawers were broken, the shower curtain rod had been repositioned and holes were not patched. The tub was sinking in the center it appears that the floor under the tub was damaged and has sagged. Possible water damage. It was dangerous to stand since the floor was unstable creating an unsafe environment. The curtains had stains and the room smelled. The kitchen towels smelled as if they were used and were pretty gross.

The general hotel is nice for the price. But we booked a 2-bed suite and got one bed with a pullout couch that didn’t have any sheets or bedding on it.

STAFF SEEMED TO NOT REALLY CARE, LOBBY WAS MESSY, LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR OPEN, HALLWAYS GRIMY, NEEDS REMODEL....NO BREAKFAST, POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER.....SEEMED LIKE WAS WELFARE MOTEL, POSSIBLE MIGRANTS STAYING THERE.....NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IN BRENTWOOD, TOTALLY OUT OF PLACE FOR UPPER CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD......NEEDS MAJOR UPDATING.....AFRAID TO ASK FOR MUCH THERE, STAFF DIDNT SEEM TO REALLY CARE.......SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, NOT WORTH THE RISK......WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

It was close to where we are going but wish the room was a bit cleaner and also no hot breakfast and juice machine was out of order. Coffee was terrible. Overall not what I was excepting

No hot water for a morning shower. The limited breakfast of coffee and juice was expected but neither machine worked.There was a young woman at the front desk who spoke very limited english so i had a hard time checking in. The worst part was that there was a young woman walking the halls back and forth and everytime i left my room she was there

The hotel was decent however not for the area. Brentwood is a high class area and this hotel felt like we were staying at a motel six. The tv didn’t work and the hotel worker said well I will just move you instead of trying to fix it. We could also not check in early and was greeted like we were asking for something that was forbidden.

I’m not sure the last time the Expedia team has seen this property, but it horrible for the price they charge. Every thing about the place is dirty. It has an old musty smell to the room. The couch in the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The cabinetry and other fixtures are ancient. We called the front desk for fresh towels only to be instructed to bring our old towels down and pick up new towels from the laundry area. The only favorable report is the staff was pretty nice. And thankfully we didn’t see any roaches.

Room Needs a lot of updates. Had no water pressure for about 10 minutes during the stay. Great location. At checkout, the guy at the desk didn’t say hello, ask how the stay went, or have any interaction. Won’t stay there again.

We used to regularly stay at this motel for the Nashville flea markets in the fall. It had been about 5 years since we were able to attend, and the changes were drastic. We will not be back.

Waited for seven minutes at checkin while staff finished a personal phone call without acknowledging me at all. Room and hotel were dingy and run down. Toilet had fecal matter from prior occupant still in water. Neighboring room blared Reggaeton music at 9pm.
Bed was comfortable, location was proximate to my work needs.
