Had everything I needed, no more no less.

Very central location. Ideal for walking to all the local bars and restaurants. Be careful you have to climb into the bath to take a shower, very easy to slip and the edging tiles on the edge of the bath are very sharp. I managed to slip and scraped the skin off my shin...Ouch😱

Front Desk staff and Breakfast staff are welcoming and friendly; desk staff are knowledgeable and accommodating; the staff are prepared always for our visits, and understand the meaning of good client service. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and enjoy the atmosphere presented by the professional staff.

I did like the staff attitude:: very professional and kind. A few examples follow below: 1. They upgraded my room type to sea view. 2. I was a bit late for breakfast time, but the nice lady in charge to retrieve breakfast items, got me covered by bringing me the item back. This was lovely. I worked for more than two weeks in the desert of Atacama and was very tired that morning that I almost missed breakfast!!! She saved my day! 3. nice late check out 4. fast internet What I liked less: - My two bed room was a bit small compared to other same rate hotels, and a bit pricy - no minibar. I do not actually care for the minibar, but I am carrying items requiring refrigeration and I was not able to refrigerate them. - small shower and restroom

This hotel is a very good choice while staying in Antofagasta. Their facilities are good, there is no restaurant on site, there are plenty of restaurants in the area (and some are very good) the parking on site is free and underground. The front desk staff is very good and attentive. The rooms (I stayed in the 10th floor) are very good, spacious, I had a great view of the ocean, a very good room without a doubt. Their breakfast is decent, I would not consider it special, it’s very basic really, but, then again is free. Overall a very good stay, I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Large and comfy room, we had one wirth sea view and it was quite noisy during the night because of the traffic. A room on the other side is probably better. Good wifi. Helpful and welcomming staff. Breakfast ok (no real juice). Very good parking.

Great location, close to many good restaurants.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was quite comfortable. They do a very good breakfast as well. The only concern has been internet speed.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and decided to return later in the week. Both times we were very satisfied with the hotel room, location, breakfast and service. The first night we had a sea view room and we found it to be a bit noisy at night due to the traffic in the busy avenue. The second night we stayed in a room facing the back of the hotel, we didn't have the view but the room was quieter and we slept better. I would return to this hotel again.

Right on the ocean, my room had stunning uninterrupted views. Room fine, facilities good. Pool out of action though when I stayed. Breakfast ample and lots of choices. All up a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was lovely, and the staff were helpful and respectful. Very clean, lots of great amenities (pool, gym, restaurant) and a delicious breakfast. The strawberry juice was super yummy.

Hotel is within a 20 min walking distance to the municipal beach and the shopping mall. The only unpleasant thing was the outdoor pool that was dirty.

Just stayed for a night and it was good! Very nice hotel and people.

The hotel is centrally located. Easy fifteen minute walk to the Mall. It's about a twenty minute taxi ride from the airport and about ten minute taxi ride to the bus terminal. Room, the good: We were in room 512. Oceanview. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Air may be loud for some, but cooled room perfectly. I liked it as it drowned out the traffic noise. Television worked well. Room, the bad: Bathroom door did not close properly; hot water in sink trickled; no plunger in sink, so sink could not be filled up; minor annoyances but hotel staff should ensure rooms are up to speck. Meals: The included breakfast consisted of: cold cereals, milks, juices, coffee (instant), eggs, breads, muffins, doughnuts, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, butter, manjar, honey, yoghurts, basically all you need for breakfast. Gym/pool: pool area us small but we'll maintained and pretty. Gym had cardio machines only. No weights. It had two yoga mats. Two television sets in working order. Staff: Breakfast area staff were excellent. Always replenishing food items. Front desk staff were hit and miss. The young ladies, mostly during the day were all excellent. The evening staff, all men when we stayed were not as hospitable. Not horrid by any means, just not as helpful. Nearby restaurant: highly recommend Donde Mauro. Best service and food we have received in Antofagasta, in the two times we gave visited. Also nearby: A Catholic Church. Less than a ten minute walk.

Nice Hotel and very well located in the city of Antofagasta. I traveled with my family. Close to the Antofagasta Mall, restaurants, public transportation, stores, you name it. I will gladly stay at the Holiday Inn Express Antofagasta again.

We had a very nice stay. The only complaints I would mention are that the air-conditioning did not work and the jacuzzi, though warm, did not have jets working. When we realized about the air in our room, the kids were already in bed and we obviously did not want to change rooms. I would have liked a discount, but none was offered. It was a pretty warm night and we couldn't get a breeze through the small window. However, everything else was great. The pool was enjoyed by our children. There were many choices at breakfast. They were nice about getting us ice several times. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean.
