Our family of five stayed over Christmas - it was a gorgeous little house with everything we needed and was cheaper than getting two motel rooms. This would be an ideal place for a short or long stay because it has laundry facilities, full size fridge (which was great over Christmas) and enough room for 5 or 6 people. Only negative was that the weather was hot and the air con in the bedrooms was not great. Fans or being able to open windows would have been great. Lovely beds, furnishings and finishing touches - great house.

Excellent property, great location, very clean, great decor, fantastic hosting team, very easy to communicate with and nothing too much trouble. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Loved all the character and charm of the property. Everything you could want was there. Had the whole house to ourselves so it felt like home and it was so close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent cottage Pity nothing was in garden to front and back to further enhance property, Empty pots with half dead plant doesn't work ! The road now however is today used by very large semi trailers by passing main street, Very noisy

Th place was really cute, well finished and loads of character. Couldn't fault it and would re-book in the future.

There is much to like about this property but there are some small maintenance and facilities issues that require attention. Bathroom: Vanity sink has drainage problems. Room lighting is poor due to insects and possible dull light bulb. Kitchen: Requires a small saucepan and a washup utensils drying rack Bedrooms: Limited space for guests clothing, personal items and luggage

We had a great stay at this gorgeous house in orange. The house was very clean, nicely styled and had enough equipment to cook in the large kitchen. It was just my husband and I and was more than enough room. We mostly walked into town otherwise a short drive and ample parking near the Main Street. Also close to Charred and bills beans was handy. Will definitely stay again when we return to orange. Thank you

Cosy a home away from home!

Such a nice home was prefect had all the bells and whistles needed the central heating was lovely to come back too would definitely stay again

We were suppose to be checked in by 2pm but when we arrived the cleAner had just arrived to clean the property. We had to wait 1.5hrs with an overtired toddler and two other children who had just been travelling in the car for many hours. We were very disappointed with this and was only offered a “sorry” from the owner. It was not a good start to our holiday. However, the property is beAutiful and after the initial check in process had a greAt time.

The property was very comfortable. The central heating made the place warm and cosy, which was very much appreciated at the end of May in Orange. It is in a very convenient location and is an easy walk to the town centre. Stuart, the manager, was a great communicator. We would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Bowen Cottage for a 4 day weekend, having travelled from Sydney to attend the wedding of my dear niece's marriage to her partner of nearly 20 years, Claire. These 2 are like daughters to my husband and I, so this was a much-anticipated get away. Bowen Cottage and Stuart did not disappoint. Our family of five found the stay very comfortable and loved the cottage. I particularly loved the kitchen/ living area, and the huge kitchen island, perfect for family dinner together. All in all a brilliant 5-star stay. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

Loved the house. It was super clean, spacious and very, very comfortable. Location is also a big plus, close to great restaurants and coffee shops.
