The room was great- lots of space and clean. The hot tub wasnt hot and the vending machine wasnt working. The hot water was brown like it had coffee or tea in it. It was quiet though and peaceful.

This Microtel is in a more industrial side of Lincoln but a quick ride to Lincoln North Star High School to grab the bus to Memorial Stadium. Our room was basic. It had a weird smell but you acclimated to it quickly. The coffee was B-A-D. There was no real "half & half" either in the room or the breakfast area. The breakfast was B-A-S-I-C. I had a bowl of cheerios. They had fresh bananas which was a plus. There was a waffle maker.
The lighting was harsh. The roku was OK but hard to find channels you might want to watch. I felt safe which is good.

When the front desk laughs at a serious question about safety in area is concerning. Limited free bfast items. No meat. No water provided to guests but asked to purchase out of a vending machine

Room had black mold which I disused when I first checked in as it was night and I basically went straight to sleep, however I did notice the room felt damp but thought the AC needed to catch up . Next morning with the lights on I saw all the mold , tried to call front desk they wouldn’t answer . So I went to front desk told manager about room , he went with me I showed him all the mold . I was to stay 3 nights and said no way!!! They would NOT REFUND the 2 remaining nights . I will report them to the city horrible place and worse customer service.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Intl. Quilt Museum. Should have stayed in the airport or downtown areas. When we got to our floor the hall smelled like dirty diapers. Our room, while appearing clean, smelled of mildew. The bed was comfortable, though. The hotel appears to be used as housing, there were children runnung around late at night above us. Breakfast was sparse. Staff seemed indifferent. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was a lot smaller than what I thought I booked. Pictures showed love seat/bed. But would work if it was the last resort. Also looked like someone smeared mud by the curtain on the wall.. Along with the curtain railing system falling out of the wall.. Otherwise clean and friendly staff.

It smelt horrible of dogs, cigarettes and pool chemicals. We left within 10 minutes of getting there. The staff were unprofessional and the manager offered half back. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The hot tub was not working properly. Much of the furniture and fixtures were worn and needed to be updated. The walls were thin so you could hear people out in the hallway when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was okay but the area they serve breakfast was small and when were there a big family was in there and only one waffle maker so we weren't able to use it due to the large family using it. Price was $106. a night so I can't expect it to be perfect.

The toilet stopped working after our first night, and it was still not working when we checked out this morning. We stayed for 3 nights. These'd was no regular coffee in the room; only decaf. There was no coffee in the lobby the first morning. We never checked again after that. The staff failed to make our bed on Sunday. The room smelled like wet dog all weekend. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. I think we should have been offered a different room when the toilet stopped working, but that never happened. I’m extremely disappointed, having paid over $100.00 per night for the room.

When I booked my room I booked a suite with a wooden floor and a queen size bed I get into the room and there's this outdated carpet and a double bed that was very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. I was so tired I should have just packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Visiting from Montana, Hotel staff went above beyond very friendly. Not a 5 ⭐⭐⭐hotel but safe, friendly fairly clean place for the price

Check in was a bit confusing. Needed a card for a deposit, which was odd. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Surprised they had shower caddy which was nice. Breakfast was a little short in supply.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my life, to make matters worse the door would not lock. Went downstairs and with the language barrier it was impossible to get anywhere. So just checked right back out and left. Do not stay here!

Breakfast was very limited…cereal, bagels, waffles. No protein at all and no cold water. Coffee was terrible. Room was clean, but tight in space. Hot tub only worked for about 5 minutes and no towels in the pool area, so had to use towel(s) from the room.

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Very run down and not very clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Did like seeing all the dogs there as it is pet friendly.
