The service was excellent at the front counter the room was clean and nice the only thing was there was a slight stale smell in the room but it was gone after I cooked and really didn’t take away fr the good experience

The kitchenette is very handy with a fridge, sink microwave, basic pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes and a toaster. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the staff was helpful- down to earth but professional. Plenty of parking here. The room had a significant cologne or cleaning product smell that I got used to after a short time but if you are scent sensitive, this is not your best bet. Also, some of the furniture was clearly old but overall, if you're not too picky, it's a fine place to stay!

I’ve stay at this hotel a few times because they allow dogs. However this stay was not pleasant. Please understand I realize you get what you pay for but upon entering room, it was musty and hot. Turned air on and still after 20 mins no air. I was assigned new room 210, air works but over quality is low budget. Tear in the leather chair, refrigerator dated. Air stopped working or they turn air off at night. Elevator dirty, hallways dirty, and the worse part they charge 150.00 on your card for incidentials.

You feel like the bottom of the shower is going to fall in. It’s so freaky and unstable.
My issue is with the ants. We didn’t have food in there. Just water and tea. And the amount of ants on the countertop, desk, and worse the pullout couch.
And why a 150 dollar incindental charge.. that’s crazy.

Front desk staff was rude. Very condescending and short. Room could use a good vacuum of carpet. Common hallways were old and new carpet and paint was needed. Bed was comfortable and nice lines with good pillows. Adequate and would consider again buy the staff made me not want to return.

I paid in advance but they charged a 150.00 security deposit for each night. They said because I made the reservations through a third party (hotel.com) same room for 2 nights but since I added a night (originally 1 night) a 300. Deposit was required. 6 days to receive it back. I will not ever stay at that chain again.

When I first opened the door to our room, the windows were open and the smell is what hit me first. The room had a VERY bad smell. I bought a large can of 2X strength Febreeze. I sprayed the carpets and furniture multiple times a day and the smell never subsided. The carpet was filthy. We only walked barefoot in the room once and our feet were BLACK! The sofa was dirty and torn. I had to put a sheet over it just to sit on it. The material on the chair was peeling. A/C was not sufficient in the bedroom. The office chair was replaced by staff after we mentioned the back was broke and it was a hazard.
Our goal was a cheap 8 night stay, and we got that. On an up side, the staff were responsive, kind and helpful.

We had a 1 bedroom. There was only air conditioning in the front room amd only of the censor detected movement. The first night I got up several times to restart the air. We had a kitchen - mo towels or cleaning supplies - 1 roll for toilet paper for 9 days - they logged our toilet paper when my husband got a 2nd roll - the "store" was empty - 1 load of laundry = 6 dollars. The disappointments just kept coming all week.

Good prices, clean facility. The gentleman in the front desk was prompt addressing bathtub drainage issue We had during our stay over the weekend.
Need to improve on cleaning supplies in the gym, also should add a little dish soap and the kitchenette

The room was desent, my toilet seat looked gross because it was really old and needed to be replaced and my toilet was stopped up and they never came to fix it or accommodate me. They only handed me a plunger to unstop the toilet myself and said sorry.

Staff rarely at front desk. They would place a phone on the counter at the front desk and you always had to call them to come to desk if you needed anything. Very inconvenient. First night we stayed, there was a fire in one of the rooms and we had to evacuate the building at 1am. On the 2nd night, the walls were so thin the people above us were stomping around all night and then we were woke up in the morning by construction going on next to our room. Hammering, drilling, etc… Staff didn’t warn us or ask if we would like to change rooms due to construction noise. Staff was extremely unhelpful and could care less about providing good hospitality. They could also care less about customer service. Would never stay here again.

This Hotel was pretty adequate for my stay, the property was clean, rooms were clean, however the woman that checked us in was rude and unprofessional. Also, it was never mentioned on Expedia that there was a $150.00 deposit which I was surprised with.

My rooms (3ea) had a full kitchen and the hotel was in walking distance from restaurants. There are 3 to four malls or outlet within a 7 miles radius. The location is cleaning and had places to go walking with a love, late night

I liked the idea of a studio suit with stove and large refrigerator/freezer, especially for the price. I liked the fact that they only came by once a week for cleaning. I generally don't like maids coming in daily for security reasons. l didn't mind taking out my own trash. The staff was always accommodating with extra towels and toilet paper. Having a gym and several washers and dryers for laundry was a plus.
