Upstairs door had no handle on the third floor so after climbing the stairs I had to go back down a flight and come up the elevator to get into the third floor. Ice machine was also not working on the third floor but plenty of ice on the first floor! 😊 Nice spacious room. Lighting was not the best though for reading stories to my granddaughter.

This place was awful. It's fine if you just need a basic place to sleep, however I did not feel safe about bringing my children to this hotel. The gentleman working the front desk had a big wad of chew in his mouth the whole time. The windows in the pool area are ruined and cannot see out of it, and the rules/guidelines were falling off the walls. The elevator has a sign to limit the elevator to four people or one room; it is small and janky and likely would not withstand more than that. When we got to our floor, there were electrical panels open in the hallway. People that walked past us smelled like pot and were obviously preparing for a party that evening (bringing in a huge speaker to their room), and as we walked down the hall to our room, you could see the door jams around some of the rooms had been ruined, either by water damage or something chewing/ruining it. The floor we were on also reeked like smoke of some kind. We did not stay in the hotel room long, as we could not stand the smell of the place. We cancelled the reservation immediately and changed to a different hotel half hour away.

Room was dirty and with bugs Building and rooms are on the older side but good sizes Bed was comfortable

Just a quick night stay. Supposed to be smoke-free, there were people smoking pot in the halls, the room stunk so bad. We ended up having to put a towel under the door to keep out as mu h as we could. Woke up with a headache from it. Honestly the smell of the hotel was enough for me to never visit again.

Was a decent room for a decent price. I stayed three nights bed was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was for 6-9 I went around 8 each time and there wasn’t much left.

THEY HAVE BAD ROACHES WE ASKED TO BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND SECOND ROOM HAD ROACHES ALONG WITH IT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOMEBODY HAD BEEN SMOKING CRACK IN THERE. THERE WAS BURNT MARKS ALONG THE TUB. ITS CHEAP AND NICE LOOKING ON OUT SIDE BUT VERY DECEIVING. DONT NOT STAY HERE.

Comfortable bed

When we first checked into our room, there was a surprise $100 deposit required that was not listed on the app that I saw. When we got to our room after a 5 hour drive, my husband, children, and myself all had to go to the bathroom. There was someone else’s POOP left in the toilet of our “clean” new room, we tried to flush it. It was clogged. When reported, we were simply moved next door where there were exposed outlets, cockroaches, and filth (hair,dirt,stains,etc.). Day 2 of our stay, our key stops working at regular checkout time, our card was only registered for one day. UGH. Terrible headache.

Just a terrible place to stay. Walked in and guy at front desk never greeted us. Then he acted like he didn’t want to help us. He told us he wished his housekeepers spoke English. Got our rooms and as soon as it was unlocked it smelled of marijuana. The other room smelled ok. Tv didn’t work though. Went got our room changed and then our tv didn’t work. Coffee pot was broke unknown when it would be fixed. Pool was closed for some type of oil in the pool! We went to the front desk and asked for our money back. Went across the street to MOTEL 6. Much more friendly, clean rooms and everything worked.

Our experience was terrible from the time we stepped in the front door. John England( front desk clerk) was extremely rude. He even told us that our room may not be cleaned yet and that it would be helpful if housekeeping spoke english. Once we got checked in and went to our room we noticed the indoor pool was locked and the laundry mat was out of service. When we got in our room the TV did not work. I called the front desk and told John about the TV and the pool being locked. I was told we had a old tv and it could not be programed to there new system. Tbe pool had oil in it and no time frame for the pool to open I told him i wanted to speak to a manager, he told me he would message her. No call back so my husband and son -in-law went to the front desk. The manager called and said give them their money back and let them go somewhere else. Manager did not offer an apologize or any kind of resolution. So we went to MOTEL 6. THE BEST GUESY SERVICE WE HAD

I killed a cockroach first thing. There were several holes in the doors and bathtub.

Charge $100 deposit for incidentals. Are you kidding.

Stayed at this hotel 2 times now and have no complaints. Good cheap stay.

As soon as we walked in our room we walked into a party of roaches, unfortunately we had to stay due to the late hours we arrived with our children. We were unable to sleep in the bed due to some scarry looking stains on the sheets we slept over the blankets with long pants and long sleeves due to the questionable cleanliness. When I worked up the guts to shower the cockroach in the tub welcomed me with open arms. needless to say, we left at 7am did with little sleep no shower and no breakfast. we will NEVER stay in a hotel again! Side note the cracker barrel across the street was great!

We travelled from WV and when we got there we were skeptical. The inside is very run down and the smell of weed takes over everything. We were originally on the second floor but asked to be moved because the smell was so bad there. The receptionist was not happy but we have 2 kids and we didnt want them in the fumes. When we moved to the 3rd floor, it was better but we still went and purchased a can of lysol. When we were checking out to get our deposit back, a man was frustrated because the cleaning staff had left his door open after cleaning and it remained that way until he returned. I would not stay here again.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Had the room for two days and cleaning people came in and left clean towels and picked up the shower mat and placed it with the clean towels to dry. Next to nothing for breakfast and the coffee machine didn't work. Pool is open from 9am to 9pm when nobody is at the hotel. Is guess you can swim if you don't want to go out and do anything for the day.

BED BUGS FESASICO. 3 NEW ROOMS all HAD CRAWLING BUGS. THEY TRIED TO KEEP OUR DEPOSIT. NO WASHER and dryer. NO vending machines. Elevator got stuck .

The place was absolutely filthy, cockroaches everywhere, room was not reset/cleaned my entire stay, pay the extra $50 for anywhere closer to the city nothing but long drives everywhere you want to go and beyond filthy.

Room number was 306. Paint pealing off the ceiling in the bathroom. Applesauce packet was found between side table and first bed. Light switch on lamp on the side table did not work (Right side facing TV). House keeping did not announce themselves before entering room. We were going to stay in the room till check out at 11 but she decided to just walk in. After that we decided to just leave. Fire alarm went off at 3:45 am on the 19th of May.

Breakfast was very limited, just make your own waffles and two kinds of cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, apples

Solid cheap overnight-no thrills-need to sleep place to stay. Breakfast included and solid bed with reliable AC. Only issues was the fire alarm at 230am and the moisture problem in the carpet due to the pool.

This hotel is very quite, rooms are of good size.. Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is mainly carbs,one fruit, yogurt … it was okay. The negative thing I noticed in our room is that it needs more cleaning… carpets sure needs to be shampooed & furniture needs wiping … But overall it was okay

Fire alarm went off at 7am. Everything was dirty. Bathtub didnt work

For the price, great. Quick trip in and out overnight. Made some waffles, swam in the pool and I was on my way to the next one.

Property was good, no complains

Other then the fire alarm going off early and kids running up and down the hall it was good wasn’t much left for breakfast at 8:30 that was disappointing since I’d booked it with that in mind

Was pretty quiet. One night kids were running around but didn’t last too long.

The room was clean and nice, although not cleaning one day. The breakfast is wholly worthless and terrible. The staff were largely helpful and efficient.

It was fine. We needed a place to crash for the trip and it was better than some places I've stayed in the past. Rough and ready, but serviceable.

The staff was not helpful at all. In the morning the breakfast was COMPLETELY out of food and cups, so I stood at the counter as the person on staff was talking on his personal cell phone in the back. I was there for the eclipse, so Monday morning I told the kids we couldn't swim, as it was open and unlocked. That evening my kids wanted to go for a swim and the lights were shut off and the doors locked. I called down the the staff and was told, "The pool is only open on Fridays and Saturdays". Talk about crushed. The ONLY reason I booked this one was because of the pool. Other issues. I was in a suite, the couch had a different cable service than the main bedroom. Only one channel (ABC) worked in the room. The phone didn't function in the room either, so if I called the front desk it had to be from my cell phone. The only saving grace was the bed was decently comfortable, which I guess is all you can expect. Except the rates were MUCH higher for the eclipse than they are any other Monday.
