it was ok to say the least. the staff was nice and helpful and friendly which is good but my room was clean but not hotel nice clean. their was stains on the one towel that i guess did not come out of the wash when they washed it and the room walls are thin so i could hear people coming in and out. but other then that a good stay.

Check-in was a breeze. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping. The bed was super comfy, room was clean . Only issue was the shower did not drain quickly.

The property is located in the area of multiple hotels, shopping plaza including big box stores and lots of restaurants. What I didn’t like was the request to have my room cleaned, bathroom cleaned and towels replaced, along with reporting stains on the bathroom ceiling and in the desk, only to be told “There’s no staff onsite to handle your request. I can only give you the towels if you’d like.”
I’ve stayed in hundred’s of hotels and I would never select this location again.

A perfectly adequate place to stay. There's nothing fancy, but also nothing terrible about this place. It's little older, but room was clean.

Very convenient location for a one-night stay in Grove City to attend a party. Very nice staff at this location. Quiet at night so noise did not interfere with our sleep. Hot breakfast in the a.m. Enjoyed the sausage links and the waffle (once someone helped me figure out to use the waffle iron).

Checking in was easy. Once I got to my room though, things went south rather quickly. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and kept running. Had to fix it myself. Then when leaving to go out, the door wouldn't lock. Went to front desk and the attendant informed me I had to lift the door as I shut it. Room was noisy as I could hear what was going on above, beside, below, and down the hall. Room was extremely small but at least the bed was comfortable.

The room was nice but the ac didn’t work after bein gone come back room was hot told them bout it but hotel was sold out gave me a box fan cause nothin they could do it helped but still hot after bein in the 90 degree heat all day

The rooms were ok. My daughter found trash in her room behind the door. My son found a bug of some sort. Rooms are small, but bed was comfortable.

Late arrival. Just needed somewhere to sleep before an important appointment the following day. Sleep largely escaped me. It is being renovated, but the bed and pillows felt cheap and uncomfortable. You could hear every time someone left their room. The breakfast felt like more of a token kind of thing. I gave it a shot. Likely won’t return when in the area.

Property is older but you can tell they've tried to keep it renovated. It is clean. However they use Fabuloso to clean with and the smell was overpowering throughout the building. I also felt like our room smelled like dog. I know the property does allow animals. Continental breakfast with subpar but had a couple things we could grab on the way out the door. The air condition unit in our room seem to put it out tons of moisture and was always running. Made the room very wet feeling. Although it's clean probably will not elect to stay here again. It was inexpensive

Room 111 is where you assign guests to make certain they NEVER choose your property again. It's right next to the elevator so you get the noise of the equipment all night. The metal bed frame squeaks and squeals with the slightest movement. If you are unfortunate enough to be staying MORE than one night...you best be prepared to reuse your towels because there is no maid service to restock the towels. Going forward, if I have a choice I will never ever choose this hotel. While they try hard, it just doesn't measure up.

My daughter and I decided to stop in unexpectedly because we were too tired to continue our travels. This small hotel really surprised me! The front desk clerk was so nice and professional. Our room was small but everything we needed. It was very clean! It’s easy to get to off the interstate and close to many restaurants and shops.

I stayed for one night. Everything was ok other than some vierd smell. Probably type of cleaner they use. But you quickly get used to it.

The property is very clean and staff very friendly. The only things we did not like are some of the items in our room were dated. We had to get another fridge because it had a humongous piece of ice to where the door would not close. They replaced the fridge but the replacement froze all our items. Also the bed/pillows were super soft. When you laid on them the sides would come up around your face.

It was close to the Interstate and this is convenient when we are on the roads home, in this case from Galveston.

Very quiet for being on that main road. Was unlucky enough to have a bathroom that the sink, toilet and shower all broke. They were quickly fixed after informing the front desk and the clean team.
Elevator also slow. Much faster to use the stairs. Would still likely stay again.

Know why it was a good price. Hotel was dirty, pool and hot tub were not working, no ice machines.
