I did not make this stay, I cancelled my reservation due to inclement weather.

We were disappointed with our stay. The room at this extended stay room was very under stocked. No coffee pot, dishcloth, dishsoap, napkins, cutlery. Cabinets were empty. Grab and go breakfast had 2 muffins out when we went, nothing else, no coffee just hot water. Had to wait and ring the bell repeatedly to check out

The room smelled like mold. We had to buy air fresheners to mask it. The floors were filthy. Overall, the room was not clean. I would never stay at an Extended Stay again and told our friends the same.

Really beat up. Stressed out staff. The breakfast was packaged oatmeal with no where to eat it. No dishes or cooking materials-empty cupboards. The carpet had more spots than a dalmation. Good thing i only had to stay one night.

Checked in after midnight. Got to room to right away find a baby cockroach in the sink in the kitchen. Then went to take a shower and found another cockroach in the shower. Needless to say, didn't feel very at ease with our things being in the room and afraid one was going crawl in our baggage and take it home with us. I didn't even think to take pictures because it was so late and we were very tired. I knew there were no other rooms available because at check in the lady said we got the last room. So I didn't even ask. All hotels in the area were sold out due to the festival going on so there was no way we would be able to find something else.

We went to Albuquerque for the Balloon Festival, crazy thing is they don't offer free breakfast and the front desk said they will have it back by Monday.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed, everything about it was ridiculously bad, nastiest carpet, bathroom and bed. Big learning lesson, will never stay at a Extended Stay America again

The room seemed fine, it was spacious. But within 3 hours of our stay, we found 3 cockroaches in 3 different areas. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and oily ... hence the cockroaches. They say "breakfast" is provided, but it was just packets of oatmeal on our day. They should just say "no free breakfast," with coffee/tea so travelers can be prepared to make arrangements. We needed a hairdryer, they ran out of them :(

It’s at a convenient location and generally clean. You need to ask If you need a hairdryer and no guarantee availability. Breakfast items are instant oatmeal, tea, coffee, and oats bar. They are gone quickly and are not restocked quickly. Don’t count on the breakfast. The staff is friendly and responsive.

The room picture had wood/ lament floors, but in reality, the room had nasty carpet. The room also had a real musty smell. Sorry, but will not be staying with this company again.

Rooms were filthy!! Rooms had cockroaches and spiders my father in law was bit by one! Lady had to come into 1 of the 2 rooms so she could clean and vacuum because there was crumbs all over the floor and the rooms STUNK they also had what I would assume be sewer water back up into the kitchen sink and splashing at random times of the day and night. Definitely don’t recommend staying here we also were not the only ones who had issues with roaches and spiders as there was someone complaining also!!

I booked a room with two double beds and was given a room with 1 bed just to be told they couldn’t do anything or refund me. Room was terribly dirty and smelled. We had to leave.

When speaking to someone at the front desk they said the room was just “bombed” because someone was staying in there long term and they couldn’t get rid of the smell. We were rudely told there wasn’t a single room to move to and we could check out. Horrible experience.

Second time we’ve stayed here. We really like the location and the rooms are pretty clean. This time the a/c in our room wasn’t working and it was very uncomfortable. Overall the staff was friendly, the room was clean and it’s in a nice area.

We planned a trip to Albuquerque, NM so we could take our daughter to the Four Corners monument. I book this hotel and upon arrival the young man check us in. We go to the room and it was horrible. The carpet was nasty. The microwave was dirty. The vent in the restroom had a horrendous noise and the tub wouldn’t drain the water properly. The room had cockroaches and other type of bugs. Worst experience ever. This is the last time I use any travel company to book a trip because I couldn’t get a refund because I used Expedia. I’m not one to complain that’s why I did not take pictures. I should’ve so no one else will go through what we went through. It was an Extended Stay in Rio Rancho, NM room #116. Please do not stay there.

False advertising. Hotel was rated at 7.5. Hotel was dirty vagrants hanging around outside in the parking lot area. I didn’t feel safe. The whole area was vibrating under your feet. My room was vibrating, walls, furniture. Gave me vertigo. Floors doors, etc. were sticky. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room smelled like a greasy head.

Felt like we got “Hotel Fished”!! Our room compared to the pictures that are online are nothing alike, I don’t know if they posted pictures of updated rooms, but ours was definitely not!! It STUNK BAD, not sure what that smell was but it was awful and overpowering!!! Lamp shade was disgusting with stuff poured all over it, carpet was disgusting, hair on the pillows, window cracked & open & broken, outlets didn’t work, it was icky all the way!!!

Booked a room, but was told there were no rooms available. The cost of the room was taken out of my bank account. So I paid for a room that we never got to stay at. When questioning the hotel desk clerk about this, she hung up on me! No customer service at all!!

Gross place. Shower had no water pressure and looked as if the shower curtain had never been cleaned.

Front desk was friendly and kind. Easy check in and out. The layout of hotel is not so good. Parking is tight on the west side. No automatic doors or handicap open door button. Wheel accessible to the side of front entrance.
