We booked through hotels.com and used our chime card and although hotels.com excepted it, for whatever reason the hotel did not so they would not allow us to stay there and told us our card would be refunded in 8 to 10 days and the lady at the front desk thought this was hilarious

Here for a wedding. The hotel does NOT have a pool or hot tub. There is eating within walking distance. The front desk/check-in lady was very friendly. The room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable. No frills or fancy, but a clean room.

Speedy check in. Friendly and hospitable employees. Well maintained lush landscapes. Very quiet neighborhood. This Hotel motel can accommodate guests who are corporate travelers or having a house finishing construction by offering adults and children great rates the longer you stay there. This hotel is practicing Green Planet by limiting the times the employees maintain their rooms. If you do need more towels etc. it is upon request. Fantastic stay. I highly recommend this motel hotel to anyone on planet Earth.

Front desk was terrible everyone was running around with their heads chop off . The office lacks a lot of things but in my room i seen roaches.

The property discriminated against me

Had a reservation that included a PET on it, went to place and paid for reservation, the lady decided to state AFTER PAYING that pets were not allowed, breakfast was no longer available and neither was utensils or kitchen ware and stated that we couldn’t get anything between the hours of 9pm to 8am other than a key. Requested a refund and was denied one, and she said if we brought our pet then it would be a $250 fee. Completely unprofessional and just disgusting service. The costs WILL BE disputed by my bank as we had to find another place to go, which ended up costing 400 .

I stayed there for 1 month plus 2-3 weeks .
When I reached out for a refund i only received $200 which doesn't even cover the cost of 2 nights.

I stay here often for work and that’s serving time around everything went smooth Toni the staff is very helpful. Great customer service, so if you see Toni your in good hands

I have spent over $2,000 at this property and since I have moved in staff allows strangers to walk in your room so keep doors an windows locked . When this happened the second time I requested that staff come check it out for first hand proof nobody ever showed up nobody even checked to see if we was alive....... Sad customer service experience

The room appeared to be basically clean but finding small bugs in the bathroom and seeing roaches on the floor made me think otherwise. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the room and building seemed old. The building in general is overdue to be updated. The fellow travelers we saw staying there seemed sketchy/scary. I would not go back.

The staff is very rude and don’t give you the proper price of the motel. If you call, they will say you don’t have to pay any extra money for a deposit when you arrive and if you search it as a pet friendly. It comes up that it is also they don’t provide that their want you to put a credit card on the account once you arrive they only tell you that you have to pay the cost through Expedia and that’s all the blonde woman that works at the front desk is super rude and thinks she’s all that in a bag of chips not to mention if you get a refund you have to wait 7 to 10 businesses for it to show up on your card overall rating is a zero out of 10.

Blood stains on blanket, crickets in bathroom, and bugs crawling in the bed. Left 2 hours after arriving and found an alternative. Never using an extended stay again, even if it’s the only option.
