I think this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced in any hotel in any country (and in Africa). (1) No staff to check in, so I had to wait a long time and they were rude (2) No toilet paper or soap, only a small bottle of shampoo (3) The worst dirtiness and lack of basic facilities anywhere in the hotel (I don't know if they even clean it) (3) I feel like I have escaped hell as I am checking out now that I am wondering if an American hotel can be like this. (5) This is not a hotel where travelers can stay, so they should not introduce it on hotel.com.

Its in nice location

No rooms available at the time of check-in. They finally gave us a room 40 mins after but when we entered the room the room was not clean. Lack o personnel, several guests complaining about different issues at the time we were there for check-in. We ended up canceling the reservation and looking for other hotels nearby.

Our family had to check in after hours, the attendant on duty had a look of annoyance on his face for sure looking like “ don’t try it”, which might be taken offensively by others even still everything went well check in. The room I was assigned was not equipped with anything extra other than a little soap and towel for dishes.

The lady at desk is mean as hell to ppl

The property inside reeked of marijuana. The room could use a good deep cleaning. The floor was slimy when walking on it.

Rude staff

The room smelled like a sewer. The room was also dirty and the bedding was filthy.

Everything was great but the bathroom was not well put together the tub was clogged and the water was going down slow. Everything else was great.

The people are staff at the extended. Stay facility facility were very cordial and extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. The one suggestion I would like to give is to see a trash can in the bathroom so that I could place my used feminine products in a trash can in the bathroom VS having to wrap it in tolietpaper and then discarding in the only trash can that was in the room that was in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.

We were checked in to our first room, the bed was broke. We got moved to the 2nd floor... that room hadnt been cleaned dirty towels, beds not made etc..so we were moved for a 3rd time! Initially the keys were not working so we got new keys, finally they worked and was able to settle in. After traveling from across the state i was exhausted. I get woke up by the blaring fire alarm because someone cant cook on the 3rd floor!

The property itself is pretty cute although it attracts a lot of transients. My problem was with the staff. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude! The manager banged on our door because our 4 month twins were crying.She rudley told us that a guest had complained.....ABOUT BABIES CRYING????? I guess the fact that we had to listen to a man scream and curse at his girlfriend night and night was irrelevant?? The phone in our room NEVER worked and when we mentioned it we were told another one would be bought.....NEVER HAPPENED.....and we were there for two weeks. We got fresh towels once and despite hotel policy our room was NEVER cleaned!!! We stayed here because the new house we purchased needed some work before we could move in with twins but honestly it was such a horrible experience i would have been better of staying in a dumpster! Save your money, and your sanity, dont stay here!

The lady at the front desk replaced our remote in a few minutes, even though she was working alone. MUCH Appreciated!!!!

Helpful staff. Was able to recommend a few good places to get dinner at. Clean and comfortable room

I liked that it was 5 minutes from my job but I could’ve have a better bed and I didn’t like that there were pets in the hotel and the trash cans by the elevator was running over on every floor so it stink in that area where you get on and off the elevator But overall it’s a nice place to stay at

Floors were sticky when I walked into my room, and the room itself smelled of cigarette smoke

The room smell like humidity and could not lock the door. Overall ok

I’ve always stayed here because it was free shuttle to the airport and you could pay to park in their lot . Well there’s no more shuttle and by the time I paid for my parking and a Uber I could have stayed at the Hiltons . I will not be back !

To many intoxicated people i seen walking and living in the hotel

I always stay here. Love this place by the airport

Very dirty. The “breakfast included” is just coffee and a couple of bad quality muffins. Bed sheets were very, very dirty. I do not recommend.

they had no drinking water/ water fountains and even the vending machine was broken so in the middle of the night I had to leave and buy bottled water. Not sure how they market as “extended stays” when their facilities are so limited. I had read that they had complementary toiletries before coming here and they only have very limited item (no lotion for example)

The card keys I was given had to be reset twice when I checked in. The door’s lock needed its battery replaced and even after that, took me 5 times to get the door open. The shower was permanently set to overhead so I was shocked with cold water. The front door of the hotel locks at 10p and you need your key card to enter. Too bad it didn’t work and if the staff wasn’t there, I would had been locked out for the night. The staff was amazing. Did all she could to help me out to the best of her ability and she is highly appreciated.
