Was what expected. Average motel. Clean enough. Only bad thing was the peep hole on the door was too tall for me to see through.

The typical older wore property but u can see they make the effort to keep it up. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful!

Start off with good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze.
The "BAD", the AC went out in my room. Instead of offering me another room or something along thise lines, he offered a fan. Didn't do a very good job, but, i didn't get offered any details either. Also, housekeeping needs to check behind all doors, because i dis find a dirty sock behind the bathroom door.
All in all, wasn't a horrible stay.

The stay was ok, but found dirty clothes (jeans, shirt and underwear) in the dresser and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Also found what I hope were crumbs on the sheets.

-Beds were comfortable
-Air conditioner was working

-Downright GROSS
-Non-smoking room, but the halls reeked of smoke and the smell filtered into our room. There were other funky smells as well.
-Saw/killed two bugs in bathroom. Saw another bug on the sink, but unable to get it.
-Bathroom floor and tub were just nasty.
-Drill holes in the walls and furniture.
-Areas of carpet were gross
-Towels/washcloths were stained, so they appeared dirty.
So glad it was only for one brief night!!!

Very unfriendly woman at check in,was giving a room next to the exit,door slammed everytime someone went in or out which was late in the evening or early in the morning,carpet was filthy DO NOT walk in the room barefoot,T V remote needed tape for the back panel that holds batteries in but they used an old sticker from a womans deodorant to hold instead of tape

Worst place we’ve stayed! A/c was off on arrival room temp was in 80s . a/c never worked. Technician walked into room without knocking , we have kids dog etc… front desk wouldn’t give us towels , we had 2 for 4 of us in room. Odd place!! Looking for refund

No elevator and there was no ground floor availability. The buttons on AC unit were broken, bathrooms could have been cleaner, and building/hallways smelled of food/spices.

I would suggest getting full size toilets in the rooms. The toilets they have are about 3/4 the size of a normal home toilet.

Staying in your car at a gas station would be cleaner and safer than this place. From the disgusting room with trash and fresh stains everywhere to the potential blood stains on the lamp shade and even the knife brandishing crazy person walking the halls this place deserves to be shut down

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I travel alot checking into my hotel very late almost always. In the past staff has always been rude; acting like I'm inconveniencing them. Not here! I asked for a tea bag and he set me up.

Beds noisy soft old,, toilet seat broke they tryied to fix it when it needed a new one, there fore it broke again, told someone in housekeeping no fix gave up on that. Hallways smell like old stale smoke and incense, not pleasant at all. Cont. Breakfast very sparse and lack of choice. Would have been better if the milk was in indivdual cartons, instead of gallon jug in the age of covid...
