The room was clearly not cleaned before visitors, and the hotel was in such bad shape we left after 2 hours, because we kept finding areas that were not cleaned. Told the front desk and he yelled at us that we wouldn't get a refund because we stayed for 2 hours. We had only been in the room to drop our bags and then went out to run a few errands, so we only had been in the room for a total of 10 minutes, but he ran after my car to scream at me that I wasn't getting a refund. Terrible service, disgusting hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE.

When renting a room while it is cold, which is when I normally travel, the first thing we should do when entering the room is to crank up the heater before retrieving our luggage from the car. It should be warm, in order to be more comfortable when we unpack and relax. Everything was adequate for spending one night and we can return the key card in a fishbowl when leaving. Fortunately, they had a soft chair instead of those cheap mesh ones.

Well when I first arrived and rang the bell it took a while for someone to greet me. Then she asked if I was a smoker and I am and yes it’s my bad habit but I don’t let anyone suffer from it. However even after that she put me in a none smoking room. At the room on the 3rd floor no elevator and pretty empty I had issues off the bat. Empty chip bags and a baggy that had some sort of crystal residue inside on the ground. Then the remote didn’t work so I tried to call the front desk so I would have to hike up and down the stairs but the phone didn’t work. So a hike I did. Took forever for someone to help me and then she sent someone 30min later. He however was helpful in the room and got the remote working at least. The floor was like ice and in the morning I went down stairs for the continental breakfast and there wasn’t any. No coffe no food. Wouldn’t go back or recommend

Quick and easy check in. Great parking. Hotel is near tons of food establishments, the freeway and the Great Mall. The room was decent for the price. Clean but no air circulation. Comfortable bed. Decent shower and bathroom. Ants in the bathroom.

Staff was OK. Laundry was not operational. There were ants in the room. It's an older location, but at least there was a place that was able to accommodate all of us and allow some rest.

My stay was good except for the ant problem in the bathroom . They got inside my luggage and toiletries. I wish you can fix that problem because I deal with this all the time . But other than that it was good .

Staff were kind and professional. However my room was not clean. I kept finding random long strands of hair in the fridge and in the bed when I uncovered the sheets. That’s gross to me and I tried to not make it a big deal. Don’t walk barefoot in your room very dirty floors. Near our entrance door me my husband and kids placed our shoes and noticed ants crawling on our shoes. Ugh! I don’t know if I would ever book here again.

Unit was not clean. Stains on the sheets, towels and even cereal stuck on the walls. Trash was left in front of our room and smelled horribly of cigarettes.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 10 days, the location is great but the wifi at the hotel never worked. We constantly contacted the front desk and they kept telling us it is working even after complaining multiple times. The washer also was not working and was broken and we had to go and figure out a different place to wash our clothes. Also, Anil was very cooperative but there was an older lady at the front desk who was always rude when we tried to ask her anything and would cut the call on us we called the front desk. There were also a lot of ants in the room that would keep climbing the bed.

We had three queen beds. I love how one queen bed was in a different room and have some floor room for suitcases storing. However, with a senior and children we were placed on the second floors and there was no elevator only stairs. I never went to a hotel that only has stairs. We had double sinks and one of the sink was clocked.

I enjoy staying there the only thing I do not like is when housekeeping goes and knocks at 8:30 am when we already know our checkout is at 11 am it’s just annoying . But other than that everything is good

From the get go, this place was beyond disappointing- the room we were in had rubber flooring that looked unclean. Requested pillows that we saw they gave to the room next door. When I said that this happened - front desk yelled at me that I said the wrong room. Told him he never asked me my room number. To top it all off - on first night there was somebody outside our door that was having a loud profanity laced phone call yelling at the top of his lungs. We were afraid to report - felt unsafe.

The employees are pleasant but the rooms are dirty or there's many broken not working things in room like phone and hairdryer and the ac only worked sometimes.
