Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

All bad

Property does not look like the pictures very run down. Rooms smaller than pictured a lot of people who you can tell so drugs hanging around the property I had reservations from Saturday till Tuesday, Tuesday and on Sunday one of the people at the front desk, came to my room and knocked it paid when I did pay and when I asked him, how would I be in this room if I had not paid and I called corporate, he would not give me corporate number I had to look it up myself he was trying to get money from me and would not show me or tell me how did he come up with? I did not pay when act when I asked him, and when I told him I had receipts and I was going to call corporate he then changed his story and said oh I see your payment, but before that he was trying to make me pay again, and I had complained about the noise above me all night all day couldn’t get no sleep, and there was nothing about it. No accommodations breakfast there I would not eat because the self serve breakfast. There is no utensil so people are reaching and grabbing things with their bare heads. No hand sanitizer in the area , it is just disgusting

The ice machine was broke. And I'm not sure what was going on all night, but it sounded like someone was stomping the whole night.

Breakfast was horrible. Everything felt dirty. Staff sent me to go get a plunger in their laundry room- weird. Definitely not renovated like it says online. Yuck

Very nice place

It was a nice stay to escape the 100 degree heat and a broken AC unit in. The staff were super nice and helpfull. The room was clean and smelled nice.

It’s exactly what you would expect for a lower tier hotel. It was clean and the beds did what they were put there for…..to sleep in. The shower, sink, and toilet served their purposes as well. The cable tv pixelated a lot, but not enough to where you couldn’t watch it and the room smelled a little musty at first. Nothing a little AC and body spray couldn’t correct. I would stay there again, if I had to travel through the area, simply because of the price and the cleanliness of the room.

Bedding and towels were dirty. Overall condition of the room was not good. Breakfast was very skimpy.

It was alright, nothing to book again!

We arrived after dark - from the outside, this property looked fine. Check-in was normal, very nice gentleman. I noticed when I washed my hands in the bathroom that dirty water came out then cleared, I didn't think much of it, as the same thing happens at home if a faucet isn't turned on for a few days. I attempted to turn off the bedside lamp and got shocked - tried again, light continues to shock and will not turn totally off. I texted the front desk and was told the maintenance man would be there shortly to replace. Twenty minutes later, I go to the front desk (different person working), I'm told the maintenance man had an emergency and went to the hospital. He comes to our room, and partly removes the light bulb - does not unplug and I'm not touching it. Children yelling and running up and down the hall at 11:15 pm. Next morning, mom goes in to shower - no caulking in the tile, only putty, and there is mold everywhere. Shower fixtures are all loose, floor of tub is extremely slick. She took a cup of water into the living area and turned to get her pills - bug in the water. We packed our stuff, loaded the car, and checked out - no way to mitigate this. Easily the worst place I ever stayed.

Rude staff, shady deposit practices

The air conditioner was off when i got to the room. It wasnt horribly hot but it did smell musty. Staff were nice. Hope i get my $50 deposit back.

We got out of the hotel, there were bugs in the rooms and the lobby.

Beds were hard

It's just an old hotel. I don't understand why it's so expensive

Bed was somewhat clean pillows where dirty my floors where covered in some sort of white dust I almost stepped on a nail getting out of shower. I wish I could get my money back.

Staff were very friendly.

It was nice and clean and housekeeping was very good.

The place was crawling with roaches. Also I rented a two bed suite and the amount of towels and toiletries was not sufficient for that. Lastly people were hanging around the parking lot all hours of the night and the guest on the upper floors were stomping all over until 3 in the morning.

Lack of breakfast food. Faucet in bathroom tub wiggly. Not good.

The overall look of the property was ok. The room we got was on the 3rd floor. On the first day we lost all power for 2 hours in the morning. No power means no ac. Then we had to ask for towels for all 3 of us and they acted like it was too much trouble. Beds were rock hard and the pillows were basically 50 yr old throw pillows. Definitely not what was pictured on expedia. Will not stay there again.

Breakfast was extremely pathetic you had a choice of waffles or cereal that was it. I’ve makers didn’t work. Power went out on half of third floor for a couple hours. Desk people were rude not a good experience at all.

Shredded bath may. Holes in the sheets.

Hotel definitely needs updating. Carpet looks like something from an d casino in Las Vegas. Hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke and were smokers! Front desk offered to spray air fresheners in our room. No thanks. Reserved a king bed, received a queen. Not a big issue but platform under mattress was only a double. I was rolling off the bed if I got within 8” of the edge of the bed. TV didn’t work correctly when we arrived. I expected a budget hotel, but this was even worse. I’d avoid if possible.

The cost was low and the room was clean. The water was nice and hot for the shower but the window air conditioner was very loud even on low. I had to cover the ironing board with a pillowcase because the ironing board cover was so dirty.

Was there five minutes, no pillows, curtains broke, smelt horrible, remotes chewed up, toliet lid wasn’t connected, water dripping in bathroom and a roach crawling from the wall! Out 263 dollars because the guy at front desk did t tell Expedia the truth that we left right away, never go there disgusting and tramatized!!!

Nothing

I had a nice stay and will not have a problem staying again.
