The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was quite. Those are the only thing I rate a room on.

The bathroom smelled terribly of mildew. The lighting was terrible. No clock. No TV guide. The staff were great, the food was okay

We were displaced due to wildfire evacuations. The stay was comfy and clean. Carpets had stains and bathtub not well cleaned. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff friendly.

Not a terrible option for a quick trip. Easy to get to, staff was friendly, room was clean. Can’t ask for much else really.

It was clean, the beds were very comfy. The TV was too small to see well from the beds. I absolutely hate roku, etc tv. I don't know how to operate the remote. The ice machine was broken, but if I walked next door they would've given me some in my bucket. Prices were good, the hotel was pretty, and the room was decent.

The check in process was easy and the front desk person very friendly. The problem began with the walk down the first floor hallway, the floor that’s “non smoking “. It smelled like a casino. When we entered our room everything looked clean and in good shape until I looked at the bed. It had depressions as if a Buffalo had sat down on both sides. The top mattress was so bad that when you layer down your buttocks hit the box springs. It seem that any movement and you rolled out of bed. This mattress should have been thrown out months if not years ago. Worst night ever in a hotel room bed.

Hotel was short on houskeepers but was an ok stay

The pool was closed and didn't seem like anything would be done about it soon. They only gave us 2 towels when 4 people were staying but just had to ask for the others. When you get off the elevator on the 3rd floor it wreaked of poop. It stunk really bad in the 3rd floor foyer and down the hall. And it was every time so it wasn't like someone had just farted or something. Overall it was fine but I was kicking myself for not checking out casino hotel prices cause they were way cheaper!

Wasn’t in room too much. Was there for a concert. Everyone was friendly and they were nice to my dog. She’s old and they accommodate her needs.

Only concern I had was it was somewhat noisy. Kids running around and talking loudly. Ice machine noisy and guests had little concern for other guests. That's not the hotel's fault, I guess.

We liked the location, but the breakfast was only grab & go, it could have been more elaborate, some hot dishes, etc.

This is an absolute dump. Bathroom was filthy, even though we had 3 people in our party, there were only 2 towels. And both were just damp. Gross.

Room was not attended to . Bed unmade, bathroom had hair on the floor, plugged sink used soap and washcloth. Maids never got to the room at all. Front desk lady had to make the beds and half clean the bathroom. She tried to make it right. I do give her that. She was very disappointed in the lack of work that the maids are doing. Or not showing up to work at all. Maintenance was cleaning rooms she said. Definitely getting a refund back from Expedia. Very disappointed with this motel!

one of the suites had very dirty carpet. A lot of stains on the floor. The door to the bathroom also had a large hole in it.

Hotel was older, was clean. Since it is attached to a Truck Stop not always quiet. The General Manager, Angie was very welcoming and helpful.

The only thing that did not like is that the pool was closed while I was here.

My room was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. The food in the restaurant was very good and the servers were so nice.

Easy to find and lots of parking.. check in was a breeze and the rooms were average. Only stayed for 1 night, best price in the area.

The pool was empty the entire time, They store trash in the hallway near the elevator. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in along time. They charge $25.00 / night for a pet fee.

Truck behind building idled whole night. Cannot sleep.

Stayed 1 night after taking 8 children to the water slides nearby. Upon check-in was informed Pool was closed which is one of the only reason I chose this hotel for the kids. Booking states they have a continental breakfast which is a lie. All they had was just coffee and a few pastries. Receptionist was very nice and it was not her fault. Dead spiders in corners of bathroom floor and room smelled like dog pee. Absolutely will not be staying here again.
