I wish I could give more stars because the staff was amazing. The room was worn but spotless! Everything was so clean!
Unfortunately, I have literally never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. I ended up folding the duvet in half and using it as additional padding to lay on top of and was able to get a little better sleep. Obviously, sleeping is the key part of a hotel stay and I’m rating primarily on this.
Breakfast was fresh and hot with many options. Every staff member who I passed greeted me and was very polite.

Place was very dirty, carpets were filthy. They were very stingy with breakfast only putting out small amounts of eggs and bacon at a time and taking back the extra into the back room

Nice place to stay. My room was nice and clean although the carpets throughout could use some replacement. Over all it was a nice stay.

The room was great. It was clean the beds are comfortable. However we checked in with 3 people and only had 1 towel in the bathroom. Had to asks two days in a row for more towels. The blanket on one of the beds was stained or just dirty with a BIG yellow mark. The cable for the T.V was the worst.

The tenant at the desk, seem to not be feeling well. She was wearing a mask and gave us our cards but didn't tell us about breakfast times, where the elevator was. Room and stay seemed adequate . Clean, and 2 beds like reserved.

I have stayed at this location many times and have enjoyed it. Everything about my last stay was great except for the front desk employee. He took care of my needs, accommodating me when I asked for a change so I could get a bath tub, but he barely said two words to us. If I were to hear he was a very sick man I would understand it because he never smiled, never said anything but what he had to for basic communication, and just seemed to be having a series of bad days.

We had a two night stay at this property. It took forever to check in when we were the only ones in line. Our room had a musty smell to it that would not go away no matter how long we aired it out. We were excited for the pool and hot tub facilities only to find out the hot tub was closed by the public health department for unsafe chemical levels. It was a quiet atmosphere and it was located right next to the freeway, restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed the free continental breakfasts. I wish we were aware of this beforehand.

I like how there's places to eat within walking distance. Plus it's super convenient with how 7-Eleven is next door. Jacuzzi wasn't working when I was staying at this hotel, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Excellently located for our trip. Desk staff, Courtney, was a life-saver with the business I needed to conduct. Was quieter than anticipated. Breakfast was adequate. Place seemed well-run.

The reservation was for two rooms. When I checked in, we were only given one room on the 1st floor. I called the person who gifted us the rooms for clarification. I was assured it was for two rooms. Went to the front desk. The clerk took his time looking up the reservation (3 minutes) and gave me the second room key on the 3rd floor without any explanation. (rather than next to the room we were given) I decided to accept his mild protesting. Our son, who escorted us on this trip, did not mind the separation from his 80-year-old parents.

Customer service was not great at check in, and the photos online made it seem like the hotel is a lot newer and slightly nicer than it was. The actual room was decent and worked for a quick one night stop.

Room was clean, bed firm but comfortable. Room was quiet. Pool was not operable, hot tub didn't have working jets but was open. Exercise room was small but nice. Breakfast was standard fare, but juice was warm and mostly water. Front desk was non-talkative. Fine value for the price and easy access from freeway.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The coffee machine had broken but it was quickly fixed. The breakfast food was ok but there are many restaurants surrounding if we'd wanted to eat elsewhere. Overall a perfect spot to crash on our way through Utah.

Terrible, rude front desk attendant. She made a mistake checking me in, then took 40 minutes to fix it. Never apologized and was even indignant. Yelled and used profanity when I asked why it’s taking so long. Worst customer service.

The guy made me feel like a pain Checking in. He was very unfriendly. He made none back. The room was kind of dingy. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was brought out late and the eggs were cold. Just being honest. Maybe I expect too much for $135. Am I crazy?

The attendant at the desk the first night was awesome, friendly, accommodating. The attendant day 2&3 was rude, un-accomidating, not friendly. He acted put out to answer a question. Answers were short and curt. The tables in the dining area for breakfast were disgusting. The elevator didn’t work.

There was someone in a room near ours that was either smoking in the room or just outside the room but the smell was so strong the entire hallway smelled like smoke. We could smell it in our room. We asked for a change of room and were told there was nothing they could do. Without the manager actually seeing them smoke in the room, they would do nothing. A different room on another floor would have been great but that suggestion was rejected saying there was nothing they could do. Ended up spending most of the evening and next day somewhere else due to the smell. Unfortunate.

The property was clean and the staff was great the only thing that was tough for me was the bed was hard for me and the breakfast was OK at best but overall it was a very economical stay and had a great location near the interstate which was important to me.

The accommodations were adequate. This is no where near Thanksgiving Point but there were vagrants in the back parking lot throwing rocks at the ground & cars when I arrived and it felt very unsafe. I cancelled my second night and moved to a different hotel.

So it was clean enough and comfortable for the reason we stayed. The breakfast area was small but had a decent breakfast options. Local eatery around. The pool was too cool for my personal love but my son liked it , hot tub was warm but jets not strong ....clean towels were available down pool and was nice. Was relaxing until last night and the elevator was super loud. But we left Friday so it was weekend start and it makes sense
