Hotel was very comfortable except for hot air heating which I dont like

the hotel was lovely, but we were not to of the door between our room and another room, which ment the person in the other room was talking on the phone from about 10pm untill 02.30 which was very loud so very bbad nights sleep, that was on the 1st night and the same happened 2nd until 02.40 am another bad nights sleep, the food excellent, the room around the skirting boards very dusty, but apart from that it was lovely, but would not stay there again because of the doors between the rooms no privacy at all.

My quilt cover was torn and only noticed when getting into bed. Mentioned it during check out and was asked "did you tell anyone?", er no I was getting into bed. How does something like that get missed? Photo shows tear after I'd flipped the quilt.

Stay was what we needed. Was close to where we needed. Beds were however very uncomfortable. It had a dip in the middle that me and my husband kept rolling into. Hotel was Clean and staff were friendly.

Convenient location close to M5 - however postcode given took us further into the industrial estate so some confusion whether this was correct hotel (we knew there were 2 Holiday Inns close together!). Harvester pub next door was fully booked (Thursday eve in August) but we enjoyed a tasty soup and pizza from the hotel bar.

Amazing staff, extremely comfortable rooms. We were offered a late checkout and they opened a quiet room for us to enjoy breakfast.

This hotel was good. Would love to stay here again next time. Excellent staff. I forget the name of the lady who received my family but she was very pleasant and give her 5 stars for her service.

It was an ideal place to stop on our journey, easy access on and off the motorway. Everything was great no complaints.

For an express it did the job. The only reason we gave three stars was the fact that we had requested a bed room with sofa bed and this had not been taken into account. We had to move rooms and call reception to help make the bed, which they kindly did.

Really clean & tidy hotel with good sized rooms and all that's required for an overnight stay on a moderate budget.
Breakfast was included and, although the choices were fairly limited, the food was of reasonable quality.

Very dog friendly, small bag of gifts given to us for our furry family member. Area available for us to eat together at breakfast time which was really helpful. Staff very friendly.

The room we had booked was unusable as the bedcover and mattress was wet. We would not have noticed until late evening had we not moved the bed from the wall. We were initially told that there were no double rooms available and the hotel was full but once our complaint was verified a double room replacement was found. Room 37 was the original twin room and room 21 the double that we stayed in. In the morning we discovered one of the coffee cups was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and not stable so I had a disturbed night.
