I would never recommend this trash place to anyone and its not a safe place for anyone police are always at this hotel all the time due to chaos and the staff and managers dont care about you they only care about the money nothing works in the rooms and the rooms are old trashy and dirty as well as there towels and linen .

We booked this room to stay during a hurricane. The staff went out of their way to allow us to check in early. The room is in dire need of a facelift. The sides of the bathroom door were peeling apart. The bathtub had rust . The bathroom fan did not work. All that said, it was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Girl at the front desk was helpful. The room was very old and not very well kept. Bathroom was old and the walls were full of what looked like mold. Shower had no hot water or pressure. Only reason we stayed there was because we had to evacuate from a hurricane .

This place was a nightmare during hurricane evacuation. Stood at the desk over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff that was hiding in the hallway.
Plumbing problems in sink and bathroom, no ac working in entire hotel. Manager was looking for fans to purchase for guests. The room was very musty so air hadn’t worked for a while. TV did not work. People being arrested in the parking lot. Room was so bad we waited in our vehicle as we tried to get another room in a different hotel.
Checked out one hour after check in. At least got a full refund

Evacuated here due to Milton and the pictures were definitely deceiving. Although i was happy to be safe from the storm there was mold in the shower curtain, a missing TV, missing knob on stove, smelled pretty bad, pretty dirty and had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself, no pots or pans for the stove, no complimentary items such as coffee for the coffee machine, shampoo/body wash, there seemed to be sketchy activities going on outside possible prostitution, be prepared to pay a $100 deposit that was not mentioned on the description, wifi is also not free, there also was not a fire alarm which is definitely a safety hazard. Overall not great but it did its job.

Very first time I used this hotel and I got so disappointed with the poor quality cleaning service. I had to return the key back to the office due to the higher level of mold and meadows in the room and visible stains everywhere specially in the bathroom’s inside and outside door. After getting the second room, right the way I went there and for my surprise the tv was broken and the telephone wasn’t working, so, I went to the office one more time to return the key and I got a different room and this one was better than any one I tried before. The receptionist was very kind and patiently polite with me, made me felt very nice and comfortable during our conversation.

Never again. This place is trashy. My room did not smell good. Smelled like funk/cigarettes/marijuana. The floors were not swept or cleaned, bathroom was just nasty. Refrigerator was not wiped clean. And to top it all off, I was sitting on my bed when the SWAT team decended on the room 2 doors down. Im talking, helmets, shields and BIG guns! I've never seen anything like it close up. Very scary. This happened 2 days in a row. All the front desk would say is they don't know why SWAT was called. This is how innocent people are killed. I'm also pretty sure homeless people are being housed there. We won't be back there.

The room smelled like marijuana. The bathroom smelled really bad, like it had not been cleaned. The refrigerator wasn't clean either. But the worst thing was a serious safety issue. 2 days in a row a SWAT team showed up because of the people 2 doors down from me. I'm talking helmets, shields, and big guns. It was insane. I wont go back. Innocent people die like this.

The AC doesn't work, the place smells like a cigarette, it's dirty, the sheets are burning with a cigarette. The reception is horrible, dirty towels thrown everywhere, everything is mold

Location to Cleveland Clinic was great. Receptionist Sunday evening and Monday morning were awesome.
Grateful for bathtub but rust in shower around drain was not so great. Wish there was some cutlery and cups in room but to be fair I did not ask. Location to 7-11 good for late arrivals. Bed comfortable!

Stay away!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights. We knew something was wrong as soon as we opened the door, bad smell. We found hairs on the bed, the shower was disgusting, floor was dirty, there were crumbs in the fridge and counter top. We tried to let the front desk know that we were leaving but the lady at the front desk disappeared. We left anyway still waiting for a reimbursement. Terrible place.

The room was not up to standards, broken draws no water coming out the pipes, pest control was needed it was just dirty and nasty like the room wasn’t even dusted down before we got in there

I had to change rooms 3 times to find one that didn’t have an issue (broken toilet seats toilet that didn’t flush) I would have liked a few hand towels and a second washcloth. The reception woman was very accommodating and finally got me to a good room.

Room had a funny smell but we solved the problem with a can of Febreze from the 7-11 next door. No hair dryer that I could find, and toilet paper had to sit on the counter because the holder was missing its spool. Floor was sticky, and the cooktop in the kitchenette was missing its knobs. These minor issues could have been easily taken care of.

Super convenient location, and a nice neighborhood. You're walking distance from anything you could really need. 7-11 right next door being a really convenient in a pinch.

The room was on the bottom floor. At about 1:30am, so.eone opened our windo and stuck there head in and looked around. They ran off when my wife yelled. Additionally, they did not have door keys and had to be let into the room by staff and was told if we left and had to get back in room, we had to stop by office.

Didn’t even stay the night i booked! Ended up driving home from west palm beach to Orlando getting home at 3am! the room floor was sticky , they couldn’t even provide me w my own room key! Couldn’t get back into my room w out having to wait at the front office everytime, the room was dirty others people’s trash still in the cabinets and fridge, the room phone was disconnected. All around an unsafe feeling and not something I would ever spend $152 on. When I called to the front desk they continued to hang up on me.

The room was not clean. The sheets had stains on them. There were little bugs in the room. I chose this motel 6 for the ratings but I don’t know why this place had good rating. The phone did not work, the remote was taped shut and did not work unless close to the tv so what’s the point of a remote. The beds are a single mattress on a metal platform. There were stains on the walls.

It was absolutely horrible. No hot water, the tub needed to be resurfaced, was dirty, and had rust in it, cigarette holes in the sheets and blankets, old appliances, there were no bath towels when we came, the towels we did receive were old and dingy and was like drying off with sandpaper. construction going on next door without warning, while my wife and I were asleep. Absolutely terrible. This is my second and last time staying here.

Don’t know why the service staff don’t know how to properly clean a tile floor. They just run the mop around. And you have to walk around with your shoes on all the time. Yuck!! And don’t get me started on all the baby cockroaches

Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place was gross. Clumps of black hair on the bed and on the towels. Stained sheets and towels. The floor was disgustingly dirty. We stayed in much cheaper places that were so much better. If they properly cleaned, it may not have been bad but they didn’t

The grounds were not very well kept. Debris and garbage around. A dirty mop and maintenance cart left right outside of my door.
