One problem - Arriving at the property I learned that we had to call ahead if we wanted parking. No notice of this prior to arrival. As it turned out street parking was free and we only needed the hotel parking for one night. Dining room was expensive but there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect for seeing Huesca and surrounding towns. Restaurant is quite good, with excellent service. Our room was very spacious and had gorgeous views of the city from the balcony. One of the best places I've stayed in Europe.

The hotel was described and is a 4* hotel. Seems like in Spain it’s good to lower the stars rate of at least 2*. The room was very simple, cold floor with no rug or anything. Bathroom was cold, same for the floor. If you want hot water it’s good to have the water run for 5min at least before any hot water comes in. The heater in the bathroom was not working. No kettle with tea and coffee in the room. We asked for a quiet room. Each time someone would get into their room we could hear the door closing and banging. The breakfast was fine (although not included of course). And we could have our cat with us, but same for an extra 10€. The “best” part was the charging station for the electric car. We paid 14€ for the parking and on top of that they charged us 23€ to charge the car. We have been to other hotels and I’ve spent my life experiencing hotels. That one was a first. We basically paid 37€ to park the car and charge it at the hotel, a so-called 4* one where one would expect some good service and some included service such as charging one’s car and kettle with tea and coffee in room. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I liked that this hotel was centrally located, value for money and had on site parking. Reception was friendly and informative. Rooms are a good size and very warm and clean. Cafe facilities were available and were ok.

I stayed here two night this month and on this night, my room was awesome. It was on a top floor with a balcony facing out. The second night, the room was not nearly as nice and was on a lower floor. With that said, I’m grateful to have had a chance to stay in that first room for occupancy was in my favor(?) for either room was certainly a good price versus quality ratio for a single traveler with very little needs.

Excellent accommodations, just the area around this property is a bit dirty. However, the church and museums are at a walkable distance and the hotel has delicious and affordable breakfast.

Brilliant hotel - clean, fabulous room with amazing bathroom and a lovely little balcony overlooking the park - and ridiculously cheap rates. Staff were super friendly and efficient. We parked easily outside on a parking meter. Tapas and drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in a modern property that’s centrally located to explore Huesca. Reception was friendly and efficient. Room 325 was a nice double, with spacious bathroom, bath amenities, soft towels and hair dryer. Breakfast served off the lobby was delicious and varied. Loved the empanada de calabaza! They cared about our health and keeping everything sanitary and hygienic during Covid. Short walk to the park to see the attractions like Snow White’s house and the origami parrots, and then into the city center to visit the cathedral and other churches, the oldest grocery store in Spain, restaurants. Very quiet and good for sleeping! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nice hotel in great location really close to everything. Lovely to be able to bring our dog but there’s nowhere public that dogs are allowed so we couldn’t have anything to eat. No room service. A telephone in the room but no directory so couldn’t call reception. WiFi didn’t work. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room should be standard in a 4 star hotel. It was 35 degrees outside but the aircon had not been switched on even though they knew what time we were arriving, it took ages for the room to cool down. Best shower we’d had in ages. Comfy beds. Everything was clean.

Booked this hotel on hotel.com due to its rating, proximity to the town and very reasonable cost. Absolutely beautiful hotel with a seamless check-in. We had not pre-booked breakfast but decided to do it and at only €9 per person, it was the best breakfast we have had on our travels serving bacon, sausage, eggs, bread, cakes, hot drinks and cold. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel

Fairly centrally located hotel where we could park the motorbike directly in front of the hotel. Posh reception area but we felt the room and corridors a little dowdy and showing their age- probably time for a makeover!

This was a nice little hotel. The gentlemen at check inwere very friendly and helpful.
