Love the part that is well located, right in the center of town and just two blocks from the beach. The air conditioner in our room leaked throughout all our stay. We had to keep towels on the floor to soak the water and for safety. One day the toilet clogged, and it took all afternoon for someone to come and fix it. Meanwhile we had to use the pool bathroom. The food is not good and has limited options.

Staff need to be more organized and more friendly

The staff were amazing from the time we arrived until the time we left. The hotel is outdated but has been remodeled but still has a little to do but it was very clean. I enjoyed that everything was included. We were able to eat breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner all at the hotel. They had a bar with included drinks. Coffee always available. The pool was clean. Most of the staff spoke Spanish and English. Very friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location. One block from the beach. My daughter (8 months old) ended up having to go to the urgent care while we were there. It was fantastic. Villa Real Urgencia

Virtually no wifi or great phone signal connectivity.

I purchased bundle deal for flight and hotel. I got to the hotel at 10am Friday to check in and to my surprise they said I had to pay for my Five year old additionally out of pocket since they had on their system an infant. I had to get Expedia to send them a confirmation showing I had paid for all three of us and had documented my son’s age as it is required when making our reservation. I was on hold for hours with Expedia. I waited for hours for the Hotel to get a call from their international reservation desk which didn’t call. I had to call and speak to a supervisor Austin he apologized for the entire experience and asked if I could pay with my Credit card and Expedia would refund me for the payment providing the receipt for the additional cost. Wasted my entire day getting this cleared away and started my vacation on the wrong foot

The property is quaint making the staff and quest relations great.

The property is a bit run down. I dont usually comment, but this was a bit disappointing for the price point. There is one buffet for all meals, and off-hour snacks are basically kids food (hambergers and fries). The units are air conditioned, but my air conditioner leaked heavily. Like a flood. Check-in took forever, so did getting any service. Nothing terrible, but put together a very underwhelming experience. Unless you are with kids, you are better off staying in a regular hotel and going to retaurants, etc.

Very clean! Great rooms! Very friendly staff! Great location! Nice pool. Delicious food. Good bar. It’s within walking distance to everything you need (such as: the beach, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops). You never go hungry because they had a lot of good food and a variety. Check-in was a little disorganized and trying to book tours through the hotel is a little complicated (for example, you need to find your own way to the location, you don’t get directly picked up or dropped off at the hotel), but other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

You wouldn't expect what kind of buffet they have.. You better find cheapest hotel and go for restaurants not in hotel.

Centralized, close to shopping plazas, restaurant, and beautiful sandy beach. Will visit and stay there again. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, however. The staff / concierge, bellman, made it feel like one. They made me feel as one of them.

I recommend this hotel to everybody, it is a clean place and the staff is very kind.

My wife and I had a great time. We haven't been in San Andres since 30 years ago. We found San Andres beautiful and a lot of development and very different. The hotel was really nice. Clean, great food, lovely location and atmosphere.

Room was not cleaned after construction work. Windows had a lot of dust and it was not vacuum cleaned after drilling in wall, safe for valuables that should have been there where not existing. The door to shower where not there..... The water from shower cabin flooded over to toilet since the cesspool was full of concreate after the building activities. The door to the hotel room was thin as leaf = you could hear everything from corridor. What you can call a disaster

This hotel is just NOT what it appears to be online. Sorry to say! It was super crowded, room was terrible, bathroom worse, broken things, average food.

Family vacation. Ok hotel, nothing fancy , not that many choice of food in the all invlusive.... Staff at the bar were not friendly at all

Great hotel with excellent staff, very friendly most of them bilingual. Perfect location, close to the beach shopping and nightclubs. You'll have a great time in San Andres it is probably one of the most beautiful places in Colombia. Good selection of food and cocktails. The pool is huge and they have staff specialized in pool games/recreation in general.

I have stayed at 4 all Inclusive hotels in Colombia they all have a lot to learn from mexico and Dominican republic hotels re food variety. They don't even rate as good as cuba.

The hotel was very noise. The all inclusive sucks. The price was a rip off for the service I we got. I was so disappointed that I tried to cancel my reservation and fly back to Bogotá a day earlier. Finally I went to a different hotel for my last night.

San Andres is a nice city to have leisure time.

Beside the buffet they only open one restaurant a day and offer maybe about 20 seating at most. Yet, they don't take reservation in advance for which you are obliged to stand up in line at 7am to wrestling another 100 people to get some seating . At the end the food experience at both location is very poor and below any hotel standards. . Most of the staff is helpful beside the ones at the lobby which tend to be rude and completely neglect you

The hotel staff did not care about us or any other person wanting to check in. We were tired and desperate. To make things worst when the time to check in was ready we still had to wait another hour to get a room. My wife and I could not believe it. It was a nightmare, I asked to speak to a manager or administration. There was no luck. I told them I was going to give them a poor rate on their hotel review and thats when they tried to help us. To me it was to late, the damage was done.

I have three issues with this hotel. The first issue is the internet access. The hotel only allows 30 minutes of internet access. In addition, the guest is only allowed to use the internet on the second floor even if the guest has his own portable computer. My second issue is the pool hours. I wish the hotel would extend the pool hours so we could enjoy the pool more. Lastly, I like to have the ability to close the curtains and make my room darker or lighter. Unfortunately, they don't offer those types of curtains. The hotel only has one type of curtain were the strong sunlight strikes right through the curtain and wakes me right up even if I want to sleep.

I could not believe how inflexible they were regarding my unique situation. Do To travel problems, I was unable to be at the hotel for the first night Of my booking which I was happy to. Pay for. I had my daughter with me unexpectedly and she needed to stay for the third dayl of my reservation, which I would not be there for and .they could not allow her to stay under my reservation. I will never go back. It was totally stupid and insensitive.

Location Ok. near beach. Noisy on Weekends due to the lounge loud music open until very late. Food OK (although not to American standards) and abundant. Hotel owns a nice private beach (called Beach Club Caribe -or something like that) away from downtown. Free transportation is provided to that beach, and snacks and refreshments are provided also free of charge. Be aware that hotel doesnt have wi-fi (broadbrand) .Practically no hot water. Pool are large, clean and pleasant.
