Checking was friendly, quick and easy. The clerk who helped me was brand new - keep her, she was great!

I had never stayed at an Americinn before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great property.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfest was good & staff was great. Only complaint, shower was small & a little dark.

The breakfast had better options and quality then a lot of other hotels.

The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was good with many choices. The tub drain was very slow and held water while showering. I alerted staff and they said they would work on it.

Wonderful front desk staff. Loved my little welcome Expedia bag. I’ve never received one at any other hotel.

The shower had shampoo,etc. taped to the wall. One of them fell off the wall during the night snd and woke me up. Otherwise it was an average stay.

Such lovely staff and even got a gift bag for being an expedia gold customer - never received that anywhere else and I've stayed at least 10 places this summer! What a nice surprise :)

We only stayed for 1 night and it was great for what we needed. Pool was fun for the kids.

Keep driving… filthy, warn out furniture, etc.. Other better hotels in the area.

Always a pleasant stay when I come to Mankato to visit my Grandson.

We were offered a second floor room when we checked in and little did we know that this is a very old property and does not have any elevator. So we went back to the reception and asked them if we can get something on the first floor since we had six big suitcases to carry. The young associate Owen said that they were fully booked (8/10/24 night) and said sorry. He did not offer any assistance with the luggage and went his merry way. We somehow managed to drag our luggage to the second floor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. So no complaints there. The a/c would not go lower than 67 ( which was more like 70), and the occupancy sensor for the a/c kept shutting down the AC. This lead to a very uncomfortable and irritating experience. Next morning the included breakfast was meager and the person in charge did not bother to refill things on time. They were out of orange juice, breakfast tea, etc and we could not get hold of anyone to ask for replenishments. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Ashley and the staff were wonderful from the time I walked in the door till I checked out. They took care of me and made sure that I was taken care of, rested. It was pleasant just to chat with them as I interacted with them about other things. The pool and jacuzzi felt wonderful and the exercise room looked very inviting.
