The property is old, the room I was put in was for people with accessibility issues. The towel bath rugs seems old and a bit moldy. Also, there is a non-slip map inside the tub but it’s already half unstuck. I lifted that unstuck part up and it was so moldy and there are hairs stuck there. On the other side, staffs are phenomenal, everyone is so friendly and responsive. Breakfast started early, was very simple but it has what I needed for a decent quick meal. The location is great also.

Check in was aquick and easy. Desk staff was very polite, informative and pleasant. Room was nice and everything was good. The crapets are showing some wear and look a little dingy from it but the overall experience was a good one and I will stay here again.

This was a good value for a short stay.

The property itself is clean and simple, our room was clean too. The only thing I really took note of was how humid it was in the room, but it was my first time in Texas so I’m sure it’s just humid in general this time of year. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was sweet!

It was very clean and a nice place to stay but the beds are kinda hard and their cleaning products have a very strong smell so you know it’s clean but it’s kinda hard to breathe if you have asthma

Didn’t have a chance to try out the pool or breakfast (smelled great!), wish I could have extended my stay to take advantage. Hotel is a great option when the AC goes out. No elevator, but they were able to get me on the 1st floor, so it wasn’t an issue.

We came in town to spend time with our Grandkids. The pool was so much fun. Location was great! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

This property was crying loud as an Asian property! Very strong smell air freshener of jesmine or other asian herbs! The staffs are very good and very cooperative! But for the price and rating I was expecting a little bit more quality in the rooms and service!

Our home was effected by the bad storms and we lost power, the staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Coffee was good the pool and the hot tub amazing. Everyone was so nice . I would stay here again.

The accommodations were what we expected. When we got to our room the first night, 6 police cars were in front of the hotel with a tow truck towing a car. The police were outside my room door until 2:30am waiting for a search warrant for the room across us. Other than that, the location was good and close to lots of restaurants.

Was very disappointed in this place. Checked in and staff was very nice. However, there was a small roach in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and spewed water all over the wall, ceiling and floor of the bathroom. The floor in the room was VERY slippery when coming out of the bathroom with damp feet and the beds were Horrible! There was noise all night of "people" stomping on the floor above us and there was NO elevator. My husband has difficulty walking and uses a wheelchair sometimes. We had asked for handicap accessibility for the bathroom but had no idea there would be stairs involved. We asked for a room downstairs because of this and at first were told they were full, then given the "broken" room. So, the next day we asked for a new room due to the problems and were given one quickly. Only problem with the new room was the noise at night. Until 10pm I could understand children running around. However, at 1:30am there was a loud thump that sounded like someone had either fallen out of bed or been thrown against the wall! Then there was running, stomping and doors slamming, cabinets slamming until 3:30am. Maybe I should have called the front desk or the police, but I was just too tired. Will not stay at a Quality Inn again as this was definitely NOT Quality.
