Front desk was welcoming, and the morning CB breakfast was exceptional!

Unbeatable for the price. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels so very picky. Is this a five star hotel? No. Is this a bug infested dump? No. This is a good clean budget motel. Only 2 MILD complaints..1)the shower drain was sort of slow and 2)the armchair they have sitting in the room is old and worn and should be replaced. The rest of the room was great so it kinda looked out of place.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room

This Sure Stay is a little outdated, but was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Lots of things to do in the area.

Good location

The lady that check me in was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our 3 days very much. My only issues was the towels were never changed and the swimming pool was so full of bugs and debris you couldn't swim comfortably. It was not cleaned during our 3 days.

The front desk staff was wonderful at all times of the day. Breakfast was delicious. Loved that it was dog friendly.

Needed trailer parking called ahead was told they had plenty of parking but they didnt have any extra. Then i was double charged on two cards after i was told i wouldnt be. We had bugs in the room because there is a gap at the bottom of the door so had to go buy stuff to get rid of bugs. Staff was friendly but that was only plus. Bathroom had mold or something all over tub.

The floor of room was dirty and the bathroom door would not close. The door to room would not seal shut. We were only there one night but still we were disappointed. But the breakfast was good.

Very clean. Renovated. Nice breakfast. I wasn't thrilled with being asked, at check-in, "What're YOU here for?" Meaning, why have you come to this area, this hotel. Possibly meant as a conversation starter, but it annoyed me instantly. "None of your business" was what I wanted to say.

The location is great... so close to everything. The accomodations exceeded my expectations and the pool was surprisingly nice as well.

Air conditioning made awful noise, had a musty smell in room, was told house cleaning does not clean every day, i personally had to go get clean towels, and return dirty ones,this place was just clean enough to get you in,oh when you laid on the bed you felt like you were sleeping on a tin can,it made that crunch noise

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Excellent to customers. The breakfast was great. Good variety and fresh and hot. Room was nice but a bit small for 4 people. Could use an update. Very close to the NC zoo. Lots of restaurants close by. Downtown Asheboro was fun. Looked like several people were staying there while they drove to work elsewhere. When off for the weekend they were a bit noisy.

One night there were loud car alarms that kept going off but the other nights were fairly quiet.

Overnight stop on the way to the beach. The effort owners put into keeping the place up shows. It was a simple, clean, basic hotel that was perfect for our needs. The breakfast room was well stocked and exceptionally clean.

Badly in need of updates and $180/night in the middle of nowhere is terrible. Avoid.

This property is in need of a renovation project. The furniture in our room was scratched up and well worn. Bedding was terrible. The drawer to the middle table between beds was filthy. The comforter on my bed had cigarette burns all over it. Beds make terrible noises when you turn at night. The most positive thing was the nice lady that checked us in .

From the precious lady at the front desk to the breakfast lady...she was super sweet and friendly. Very happy...we'll be back

Stay was very nice! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay! The front desk at check in and check out were very fast and really friendly! Close to a lot of places to eat also

All is good

Was there for my nieces wedding and was not pleased at all. We were in room 103. Upon arriving our room was not very clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. We had 1 small towel a piece and the hotel staff was not very pleased when we requested 3 towels the next day even though our room was never cleaned. We were later told they don’t clean unless you’re there for more than 3 days. Crazy!!!! So had to request towels for the weekend stay. I also did not like that there were 2 adjoining rooms. Worst part probably. We heard them sneezing, talking, tv & sex life. The other side had a loud barking dog. Didn’t sleep much at all so looking forward to getting home to sleep. The breakfast was not very good at all either. Just not pleased with this visit. Terrible choice in hotels!

We were welcomed by the nicest lady..started everything off in the right tone Had dinner outside at the provided area Beds etc were good and comfy..rooms clean…we had pets and it easy in and out of room to take for walks on their plush well kept grass Will stay again if we are that way
