When we first got there the Front Desk employee was good, she checked our bags in early for us. When we came back to check in the Front Desk employee was not as attentive as she was you her personal phone while checking us in. Then when we get to the room it is old and musty, carpet felt damp the whole stay. The beds are old, uncomfortable and the bedding was sub par. When we went to the gym they did not have any sani wipes and when brought to there attention they still did not add any by the time we checked out. Lastly, the cleaning supervisor walked into our room without knocking and when she saw we were in there she closed the door.

The mattress in the room was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress and I didn’t get a good night’s rest at all.

The hotel was under construction. We experienced loud noises, banging, drilling, & hammering from 7am- 7pm Didn’t sleep well, couldn’t hear TV nor ourselves talk because of the noise. The toilet was broken and had to be fixed 2 times within the same day. No soap in the bathroom. Lastly my wife was bitten by bugs while sleeping. Unfortunately we were not told about the renovations until we got to the hotel. However MJ was the manager and he is great , with a wonderful staff that went above and beyond to do the best for us to feel comfortable. Hopefully after all the renovations it will be a great place to stay. Malcom Jones best manager at hotel, not to forget Jonathan the night manager was great too..

There is a strong chemical smell on the property from whatever cleaning solution is used. My room was not thoroughly cleaned and I saw a clump of hair on the floor and the desk has stains. The walls were thin and I heard everyone walking by. The AC was also very loud. I was looking forward to using the pool but it looked gross with debris covering the top and I didn't see anyone using the pool during my stay. I was informed that the pool was only cleaned twice a week and that the next time the pool would be cleaned was Tuesday. I arrived on Friday & left Sunday so it was very disappointing that the pool was not cleaned daily. There were also guests sitting by the pool smoking weed and nothing was done about the smell. Tried to print something in the business center which had 2 printers but neither was working. Breakfast was alright and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient.

After prepaying for a king I ended up with a queen 2 beds front desk seemed annoyed I wanted what I paid for found a king room go inside and it’s someone else’s room suitcase inside toiletries in the bathroom thank god the person wasn’t inside go back down stairs again to her told her what happened didn’t apologize just I don’t have any kings I can look for one tomorrow on my shift get a queen wake up and roach running across the counter thank god she had left Jonathan helped tremendously got me going into another room who ever she was as someone who works in customer she’s not someone you should ever have at your front desk will never book here again. Jonathan was great and I really appreciate him taking the time out to find a new room for me. Nice place to stay

Diamond at the front desk has always been a pleasure whenever I stay here. Keep her around forever!! Only mishap is a few of my towels were a dirty but overall room was clean, bathroom was clean. Comfortable and quiet. 2 thumbs up!

The property is conveniently located. There was mold smell in the room. We had to purchase lysol to spray the room. Did not work.

There were shopping bags & garbage from previous occupants in & around the room. The telephone system was not attached to the general system and the front desk could not be reached from the room. In reporting it to the night staff, the attitude was one of disgust with me, and insolent remarks were made which caused an argument. I would not return here or recommend.

It can be more cleaner , and an insect was on my bed :( people really nice really like it and breakfast fantastic pool , but a little dirty

Great service, friendly staff

I would like to thank Kisha at the front desk for being so friendly and accommodating. She was able to accommodate me And my guess with all our needs and I would definitely give this hotel and Service a five star. The breakfast is very good several options.

On the Upside this Hampton Inn has a very friendly staff and a great location in regards to access to shopping, restaurants and local Universities. It is located in a quiet area, slightly off the beaten path but within a block of major roads. On the Downside this Hampton Inn's facilities does not meet the standards of other Hampton Inns which I have stayed at. In my opinion it is in dire need of major renovations. Furniture and carpets look very worn and outdated and had a paint/solvent odor. Pool was not clean and even the kids decided not to swim. That being said, if renovations are done this would be a great place to stay.

Me and my husband was there for 2 Days , when we first walked in hotel manager was on cell phone he ignored ignored us for 10 mi then he acted like he seen us . We were on 5th floor room 513 where the air conditioning didn’t work in hallways, the carpet was stained and nasty ! The bathroom shower curtain was tore , the bathroom trash can was rusted. The bedroom pillows were flat and not comfortable. The bathroom toilet overflowed, I ask for a plunger the person who answered the phone told me when done put it outside my bedroom! I didn’t listen thank God because I needed it again. The second day I ask for towels in person the women said she will have someone bring them up . That never happened we had to make a second trip to get them ourselves. I ask if they could clean room the second day , the woman said no only every other day! The breakfast was not all bad . I did notice that some of the fruit was going bad! The place needs a serious cleaning and a fresh face lift . The workout room was really nice ! Only thing they need staff to keep the towels fully loaded. Carpets are nasty in hallways big time ! They need staff to clean more and carpet needs to be cleaned throughout the whole hotel.

Great place and near everything

Bed was not comfortable considering brand name. Breakfast and coffee was comparable with value inn hotels. Bathroom had no shower gel in container. Initially they gave us uncleared room. Don't be fool by brand name.

The front desk agents, especially MJ....very hospitable and personable. Always enjoy my stay here. The carpets in the hallway and room were a bit stuffy. Could use cleaning.

Staff was a Joke. we was checking in end the man working the front desk, butted a lady in as i was checking in. got to the room there was to be a lounger chair in the room wasn't there!!! then we looked for a iron and iron board, called front desk ask to have one brought up he said sorry we don't have a board but we will send one up called a second time still never got one. then the next morning we opened the curtains and there was a iron and board. you would have though front desk would Know.

Our room got soaked with rain during our stay. Wet up all of our belongings and we got no compensation for our belongings or the inconvenience. Will NOT stay again.

Pretty pool area Lobby furniture needs updating

Great staff, and even if there is a little problem, they have Cookies! Breakfast was good, nice perks for premium members. Staff, front desk, and breakfast area are great, and I travel a lot sometimes. They need to redo some of the rooms, my first room was in bad shape. But I will definitely stay there next month.

It was ok. There was a problem with the AC but they quickly and kindly changed my room. Great service

This hotel needs a lot of work done. Our hotel floor room was sticky and the room just seemed run down. It’s fine if you just need a place to speed, but it’s not great.

Excellent location and, as importantly, wonderful staff who are professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Everything was so simple and sensible. This will be my go to place when I am in Atlanta. Thank you, and Bravo!

The main floor a/c was functioning very well. How're the hotel room floor wasnt. Also staff were very helpful.
