The room was nice and clean. One of the lamps didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. There w was no hot water to shower or take a bath. The bathroom water was very cool.

You should consider closing the property until renovations are completed. Property is listed as a 3-star hotel...in it's current condition it's more along the line of a 1-star. Hallways, elevator, room flooring, excessively dirty....ac units are unreliable and only half of the light fixtures in the room works.... staff is very pleasant and friendly...doing the best they can under undesirable work conditions...

Staff informed me during check in that they doing some renovations. When I get to the room it has an odor, bathroom tub looks terrible, room needs deep cleaning & upgrading. If you wanted to get in the pool you couldn’t because it needs to be clean. I had went to target & gotten cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom before me and my daughter used it.

2nd trip to visit family summer 2024. This time around the customer service was professional & consistent. Heather greeted us & made sure that things were comfortable despite the major renovations going on. I'm happy to see the renovations & look forward to the next stay... Maybe holidays. Pool was open and useful on a hit day over 100 degrees. Breakfast was great daily. Chocolate waffles were a pleasant surprise for the kids. Fresh towels & wash cloths daily upon request. Uses the gym to stretch. May's were available. Close proximity to ASU, so visited museums. You should consider the Civil Rights Institute. Easy accessibility to all of our southern adventures. Again, Heather's service was outstanding. LaQuinta is coming back to life.

It was not what I excepted the carpet was fifty the bath room was so out dated no hot water over all the Hotel needs to be renovated every thing is old the bed was so uncomfortable my left side was hurting from sleeping on the mattress over all it was not a good stay.

The hotel had a sign up about renovations, but the carpet was filthy, hallways reeked of marijuana, shower didn’t have hot water at times, ice maker was out of order, pool had umbrella and pool furniture stacked up in a pile, outdoor shower was running and wouldn’t shut off, no decaf coffee at the breakfast bar- it was out of order, as well. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting me some decaf pods for my room. The hotel just looked run down and dirty. It was definitely not worth what we paid for the night.

Minor construction during the morning. Also the pool wasn’t available during check in which was the only time my kids would have been able to swim. Otherwise the hotel was fine. I had no other complaints.

Lighting in room very unexceptionable bad. No light on desk which then I couldn’t do work I had. Area downstairs did not accommodate my needs. Iron had light on it which shot have told me something. Darkish feeing as lighting was poor.
Not told anywhere this was a no cash hotel. Good thing I had a credit card as my debit car was not acceptable.

Staff was exceptional and did an outstanding job.
When they knew renovations were going on this should have been on description as I would have passed I’ve lived through them and they aren’t fun.
I was their 3 days and coffe machine in dining are only could provide decaf. How long it take to replace.

I'm a LaQuinta fan. This location was mediocre based on other southern stats that I have had (Carolinas & Virginia). The kids enjoyed breakfast Thur - Fri. Monday there was no spread or many options. We used Clorox wipes for wipe the room & bathroom surfaces down. I wish we did have pictures to show. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our family outside of the hotel. We were close to good eateries & a little family fun.

Don't not stay here if you valve reviews adhere to this one , the place is dated , appliances didn't work ice machine didn't work, room was not clean , I must stay the staff there was friendly, La Quinta Wyndham needs to correct this, Dam won't let me upload the photos i took which we give this review total completion
