Front desk person was some what rude telling me I should book thru them I don’t get the best rate with a third party
Our rom was on the third floor opposite of the elevator!…we are abl but what about some one who is not??
There was only a couple cars on a Saturday night??
When got to the 3rd floor the pot smell was over the top😩…..the entire hall smelled ….luckily our room didn’t….it smelled the same every time we out
Garbage was over flowing in most public trash cans
We have used this hotel for years on our trips to our son’s home in Michigan but we won’t anymore

They did not have any breakfast, and the personnel were not interested in helping us with a solution, the excuse was the manager have forgotten to order it and he was not back until two days after.
The tiles in the bathroom floor is loose.
I can’t recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel needs a facelift. Rooms are old, bathroom faucet leaked and made a puddle on the counter. Shower and tub were significantly chipped and very narrow and hard to stand in. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least.

We had a very nice stay at this Hampton but there were a few minor issues. The soup containers in the shower were empty so that was a little annoying. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom and in the morning there was rain and a leak right by the door to the room. It just started to leak in the morning. That would have been a much bigger issue if it started raining overnight.

We loved our visit. Breakfast was good and coffee delcicious. Only bad thing was the pool was too dirty to swim. We were looking forward to a pool and didnt get it but staff were very kind and helpful!!

3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke, a trash bag was sitting in hall way for over 24 hours. No routine walk thrus to ensure cleanliness. Had to download app create account verity this and that to use”free” internet. Pain

The staff were super rude. Our tub looked like someone defecated in it, the curtains were ripped, the curtain vance was falling off the wall, the linens were stained. And what hotel doesn’t have a roll away cot? We were a party of five that specifically requested a room with a couch and they lied and said they didn’t have rooms with a couch. But the person in line to complain to the staff was there specifically because the linens on their pull out couch were dirty. 0/10 do not recommend.

Hotel was plagued with delayed maintenance. The lobby was like a sauna. The pool room was so hot I was sweating within minutes of walking in. Mouse trap in breakfast area, breakfast was disgusting.

I actually didn’t make it to my stay so I can’t speak on the hotel or the room, but the manager Melanie was just wonderful and I appreciated her great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Overbooked for king room. Had to settle for lesser room. Bed uncomfortable. Not able to get printed receipt ….. printer broken. Got receipt, but doesn’t show any costs, just that it’s paid and we owe 0. Not helpful.

There were so many problems with this hotel: elevator didn’t work so we used the stairs often including carrying our things down at check out; none of the ice machines worked and none of the vending machines worked either; no housekeeping and we had to use pool towels on the second day for showers; no water pressure and the toilet clogged. This was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to!

The hotel was very dirty, and nasty. No clean towels. The elevator was broken. The first floor smelled like mildew. The pool was absolutely horrible, i wouldnt Let my dogs swim in it. All around worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Shalondra was fabulous, she handled all our needs and questions like a PRO. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn before and assumed that this one would be as good as our previous experience. Was I ever wrong! I’m sure I will stay at Hampton Inn again in the future, but not this one. This hotel needs to close its doors and remodel the entire building. The place is dirty and worn out. The parking lot is dark, the room’s are dark (we stayed in two different rooms and both were dark - needing bulbs replaced) I offered to replace the bulbs but there were none available. The carpets are dirty, the beds are worn out, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is so loud it hurts. We did not have housekeeping but we wanted clean towels each day, well that never happened. I would have to go to the desk and ask for them and do you believe they never had any, what happened to the towels designated for this room? Twice they gave us pool towels or nothing at all. Breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The selection was poor but what they had was pretty good. The attendant must have had other duties because he wasn’t monitoring the food available. With much breakfast time still available, the attendant complained about preparing more food. I was not the only one complaining by far. I could go on and on but I doubt you’ll do what’s needed to bring this hotel up to snuff. Its obvious that the people who manage this hotel are pinching their penny’s. We won’t be staying here again!

I arrived at 3:45 and was told no room was ready and not given an estimated time. I checked the status of the room again at 4:30 and was finally given a room. Arrived up to the room with all luggage in tow only to realize the key card wasn’t working. In addition to that, this hotel is extremely run down and dirty. Rust stains in the tub look disgusting and curtains were stained with mold. No working ice machine or elevator at the hotel in addition to the vending machine being down. Major updates and repairs needed. Definitely not worth $165!!!!

Our room was clean but not comfortable. It was difficult to navigate in the room, the toilet did not work (unless I lifted the tank cover), and there was just one overly thick comforter on the bed giving us the options of being either too cold or too hot at night. The property is conveniently located off the highway, but the area around it is not nice at all.

The internet was horrible and unusable. Toilet in bathroom upon arrival had debris in it. There was dog feces in the elevator for days. The morning breakfast was not good either. Never stay here again based on internet and food quality. Could not get price adjustment because it was booked 3rd party through hotel.com.

Stayed here 3 nights and never had housekeeping enter our room. Had to adk for fresh towels each morning and they never had any. Usually Hampton Inn is nice. Never again here.

We visited at a rough time, the oven was broken so no hot breakfast, the pool was out of order so no swimming, the ice machine on our floor was out of order and when my husband took 2 ice buckets the house keeper ask him if he thought he should be filling our cooler (literally 2 ice buckets). The fitness center has 3 machines and the treadmill was broken. I did let the front desk know there was mold on the shower curtain and it needed changed. The room was booked and only refundable until 48 hours before our stay. It could be a nice place to stay but I would call first to make sure everything is in working order.

1 towel and washcloth for 2 queens, drain was broken in sink, shower button couldnt be pulled up or down without major strain. The breakfast was about as sloppy as could be.
I've never stayed at a Hampton Inn that I didn't love, until now. This place was $50 more than it should have been. Very unfriendly front staff. The maid was the only goid thing I can say about this joint. Lousy!

This hotel is NOT equipped for people who stay more than one night. I had to rescan my key up to two times a day because it would just stop working. When the hotel was fully booked there was NO hot water. Took cold showers for 2 days. I NEVER had ANYONE clean my room or give me clean towels in 4 days! AND there were only two towels in the room for 3 people! When I asked for one more towel they told me they were on back order. My child had to use a flimsy pool towel that looked like a hospital towel for 4 days. Housekeeping poor. They NEVER cleaned out our garbage. I had to clean out our garbage cans and leave full bags by the door and use grocery bags to refill the garbage cans. No hospitality whatsoever!!!! Don’t stay here more than one night!!!!

Had to wait at the front desk for 15+minutes to check in and I am pretty sure I have been double billed. Breakfast was good. Bathroom vent was dirty. Parking lot was extremely dark.

Room was not ready at 3, only 2 bath towels for 5 people, no hand towel, no bodywash, shampoo was empty in shower, only one coffee cup, no liner for the ice bucket...but that didn't matter because the ice machines on every floor were either broken or empty. The hotel and our room were clean and quiet, and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. It just seems like someone dropped the ball restocking our room. Overall, not bad, but definitely some room for improvement.

Was only supplied with one towel in room for 2 people and when asked front desk for an additional towel we were told they didn't ha e any and they tried to give us a small pool towel. Completely unacceptable for 150.00 a night.

Stayed overnight after visiting the Dunes. Picked this hotel over cheaper options because it had an indoor pool, only to find out the pool was out of order. No heads up at check-in that the pool wasn’t open, or we would have taken outright business elsewhere.

When booking I was lulled by the higher than average rating. Upon entering over an hour passed the check-in time I was told our room wasn’t ready yet. Not a big deal, we were heading back out anyway. I asked if we could use the restroom and was told yes, however there was no toilet paper due to shipment being late. Not a huge deal, I had wipes, but an annoyance. After checking in we were told breakfast would be in the lobby the next morning. The only thing greeting us that morning was fresh brewed coffee and a sign saying the breakfast nook was closed for maintenance. My husband overheard a worker saying that they were low on staff and that’s why breakfast wasn’t served. Apparently this happened the morning before as well. After reading reviews, it seems this sign (and other like it) have frequently been posted the morning of. So what started off as minor annoyances lead us to spending more money (on a day we try refraining from doing so) and not even being offered a discounted stay or an apology. Not very thrilled with the price we paid and what was received.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Place was dirty too to bottom, surrounding grounds were generally unkept. In our room the ac did not work properly, the shower didn’t drain, and they only gave us two towels. The service was poor as we were given beach towels when we asked for more room towels, told “I don’t know” when we asked if they had extra pillows, and had to get new room cards after the first night. To top it off the first day had no hot breakfast and on day two no breakfast at all.
Legitimately one of the worst hotel stays, I would’ve rather slept in my car.

We have a family of 5 and listed this in our reservation. There was only sleeping room for 4. Also the room smelled like pot. And the free continental breakfast was mysteriously not served. 2 hours after it should have opened, they put a sign up that the oven was broken. But most of the breakfast items didn’t need an oven. Very much felt like they just didn’t get around to serving it. Also was hard to find anyone to wait on you. Had to ring the bell multiple times to get someone to come to the desk. Won’t be staying here again.

Price was way too much for the property and service. This is an old hotel and needs some upgrades.
