My stay was awesome. The hotel staff made sure I was comfortable. Just had a procedure next door to drain the fluid from my brain and I was dizzy and unbalanced. So they did not put me upstairs they kept me grounded. I appreciate that.

My stay was a good experience to show how good people can be treated. My wife was in Advent hospital just around the corner undergoing serious cancer surgery. Knowing that I was close by the hospital was a plus but the treatment by the hotel staff was pleasant and kind. Great staff. You should make it known to them.

The front desk staff were all friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were close to the elevators and there wasn’t any excess noise.

This hotel is very close to AdventHealth which was nice because I was in town for meetings at AdventHealth University. In the past I've stayed here and it's just been so-so. They must have renovated since my last visit because the room was beautiful! I stayed in the room across from the elevator and I was worried about noise but it was fine. The area immediately outside of the hotel could have felt a little safer but overall I didn't feel uneasy and I would definitely stay here again.

For some reason i was charged twice i haven't been able to get in touch as i had to return to south georgia and service is spotty due to hurricane helene. Hopefully this will get fixed hotel was great i just could use access to my funds being we are recovering from disaster fema giving out food but it's still hard to get things and cant look up phone numbers. Thanks

Great location, Comfort Suites is our new go to. Bebienne at the front desk is perfect. Great attitude and energy. My ONLY comment, need bigger pillows! I bring my own pillows now. lol!

It was a little tricky to find but that’s probably just because it was dark and I drove in during a torrential downpour. Check-in was a breeze, though, and the lady working was sweet and bubbly.
Unfortunately my room had a shower issue. To start, I came in to find water in my bathtub because the drain was closed. Not much, but some. (I would later come to learn that it’s because the drain closes while you’re showering so you end up standing in ankle deep water.) I drained it and moved on.
The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, the water wouldn’t come out at first. (Which was odd because clearly it had worked for someone before us.) I fumbled with it back and forth but got nothing. So I called the front desk inquiring about using another room. Initially I was told that my two daughters and I would have to move rooms entirely, with all of our stuff.

I was surprised this property received such great reviews since there are definitely newer and nicer hotels in downtown Orlando. The location and free parking were very good as was the staff, always friendly! But, the building needs a lot of upgrading and the rooms were average at best. The location is good, with dining options nearby and of course the hospitals.

Comfort suites is in a nice and accessible location. It is a good hotel for a short stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for long ones. Upon arrival the room was clear and ready. However, there was a bad odor that came out from the bathroom drain. The beds are not queen size; they are more like full size. The breakfast was decent. The staff were nice and accommodating. The pool is also decent and clean. Overall, comfort suites is okay for a couple of nights if that’s all you need.

Hotel is old and run down. Something happened where the lobby had water damage and there were fans everywhere. The AC in our room broke and we had to move rooms which was very inconvenient. Never again.

It’s was ok but I wouldn’t book again. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and there’s a car garage next door so there are people that take there cars/bikes and race them up and down all night. I didn’t sleep very well both nights I was there because of the noise

Staff all very nice and helpful. Reasonably good free breakfast in morning and nice variety of guests. Excellent proximity to hospital and Drs. offices. Also a Panera Bread across street for basic salads/sandwiches/soup.
The fire alarm went off by itself apparently, at 1am in morning just before I had to be at hospital at 8am. That was rough. Not sure cause. No fire fortunately.

Great location for the purpose of being with a surgical patient at Advent Health Orlando. An easy 10 minute walk to the main entrance to the hospital was perfect and with Panera Bread at the corner, after long days at the hospital, it was nice to have a pleasant walk, pick up a good meal, and relax in my room.
