This is a comfortable hotel that has everything you need for a short or long stay. Nothing fancy! But scruplously clean with friendly staff. Room had a great layout. Location is good. This will be my go-to place when needing to be in the Everett area.

Nice Suite. A LOT of drug activity on the road next to our room. Watched several people smoke herion right on the sidewalk outside my room. Also, people screaming at each other on the ssme road, olus a guy sleeping on the sidewalk.

The hotel, staff & amenities were great. The only thing is there were transients around the property especially close to the parking area. They werent disruptive but wouldn't like the chance encounter. The hotel had security at night roaming throughout the parking lot but still felt a bit uneasy. The parking lot filled up quick in the early evening so we had to make sure to be back at the hotel at a certain hour or risk no parking slot. Half of the spaces were tight because suvs & work trucks utilized the lot too. My car door got dinged twice. There should be designated area for those bigger vehicles. Overall, the hotel itself was great!

Five stars for front desk and housekeeping staff
Five stars for break fast and I was surprised menu was different both days.

I can not rate this property because we could not stay there. Due to a water main break we had to find other accommodations. They were helpful in the cancellation and refund.

The staff was so nice. Everyone has a smile.
The rooms come with pots and pans and a stove! Great if you want to have dinner in the room.
The bathroom was updated and very clean -- not even a fingerprint.
Sheets and the bed were so damn comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all families.

Check in process easy! All interactions with staff were positive! The room was clean and bed comfortable! The hotel itself is showing its age and is not located in the best part of town. The police were involved in chasing off the homeless druggies every morning! Because of that I would choose a different location for my next stay.

I accidentally booked this room online through hotels.com. Because i was just considering it and not intending to book, i had not hit refundable yet. When i noticed this, i immediately notified Hotels.com. They would not refund the money. They said they attempted to call the hotel and they wouldn’t answer….. over 24 hours of time. I called them and they answered right away. Even thou it was an error and i called and notified both immediatelyThey kept several hundred dollars. I’ll call the hotels directly from now on and book. Third party bookings have become s joke!!!

It was a great place. We felt safe and comfortable. Nicely appointed room's. Clean. Nice staff. Good free breakfast. Parking was good. We'd definitely stay here again. The only notable downside...quite a few what seemed to be homeless people in the neighborhood but, honestly, they did nothing and weren't on hotel grounds at all.

Beds and Pillows were AWFUL!! Could feel ever spring in the mattress and pillows were practically flat. The curtains only covered HALF of the windows with a sheer curtain over the full window. Curtains should be able to be closed entirely if the guest wishes.

The pool and jacuzzi were not as modern and large as they appeared in the pictures. My room was a lot smaller than in the picture and I was not eligible for the chains free nights or rewards because I booked through Travelocity as a third party.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and pleasant too talk to however, we were a same day booking and when we got there the room was not properly turned over. We didn’t check in until after 7:00 PM so there was plenty of time to clean. There was a dirty toothbrush on top of the safe in the closet. The bathroom was not clean. I carry Clorox wipes with me and had to wipe everything down. There was an unknown substance on the toilet and on the counter in the bathroom. We were also not given any towels. When we called down to have towels brought to the room, we were only brought 1 towel and a hand towel for 2 people. I ended up using the hand towel to dry off from the shower because by then we were tired and it wasn’t worth trying anymore.
