I very much liked my room. The large TV and sectional were above my expectations. Breakfast was average. Would have liked the oatmeal and dried fruit shown on all the posters around the hotel.

Our room was across the hall from the staff room which was loud all night long, cockroaches in room, front desk argued with patron's with loud volume and cussing, TV did not work correctly.

I saty for 3 nights and they never made the room service, when I ask them from the first day they told me ,ups sorry the cleaning lady maybe forget, they leave a note but never pass to do it in the next 2 days.I ask them every time for towels and paper toilet. Terrible place.

we stop by to shop around for a new home. We are very impress with the atmosphere , the smell of clean and the comfy of bed gave us the rest we much desire and very peaceful place to rest. plenty of space for my little prince to run around and do his thing. staff been very pleasant and friendly.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt Place Columbia/ Harbison, staff was helpful, and kitchen staff went above and beyond, as my wife and i were getting ready to leave I need ice for our cooler and I ask the front desk where I could get ice I was told that it was on the 3rd and 5th floor. As I was walking off one of the kitchen staff said" come with me honey" ask me how much ice I needed and filled up two gallon bags for me. The only thing I wish they would fix is to have a microwave, we travel in sometimes and pick up dinner adn by the time we unload it is cold, so a microwave to heat would be wonderful.

After booking get to hotel and am told my reservation was canceled from the hotel overbooking had my pregnant wife and three year-old daughter and dog in the car. Had to find a new place to stay right away.

The toilet was crooked, the lid did not fit the toilet and it ran off and on all night. The bed was not comfortable. The tv had no indication for which channel you were watching. The deadbolt lock on the door would not secure the door.

When we checked into this location we were not informed that there were plumbing issues. There was no running water from 2:00pm until approximately 6:00pm. The staff that worked this evening (09/10/2024) were rude and condescending. The elevators smelled like marijuana when three employees walked out into the lobby.
We will not be staying here again.

The room was basically in bad condition right when we walked in, mirror destroyed, gap in shower wall, toilet wouldn't flush, table broken, water pressure was so low I wasn't able to take a shower I had to splash around the tiny amount of stream like water to get clean. Air conditioner/fan was leaking water horribly. And there were bugs, most likely came from the giant gap in the bathroom! Just horrible.

This property has a no refund policy so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here. Also, the hotel needs updating as I had to be moved 4 times in one day due to issues with rooms. If there are any issues and you decide to find other accommodations, you will not be refunded.

Check in was easy. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast options were great! And all the employees were exceptionally nice! However, my boyfriend went to grab something from the car around 10 pm and encountered a snake in the lobby. He helped with getting it outside and away from the other guest.. but i would have been very upset if my 4 year old would of been the one to encounter it!! I understand nature happens, but this was to close for comfort!

Found cockroach / we stay for three nights and I guess we can only get one cleanup day for the room and I asked him to clean the room and they still didn’t do it. We asked for clean towels and it took couple of times me asking to get clean towels

My second night I have bug on my bed and I wake up the middle of the night go downstairs and talk to somebody on the reception, show her the video the bug and the bites I have on my body, she give me other room , and Wednesday some one try open my door , Was on the sofa doing homework and he saw and close the door . I have bits and still itchy so much .very disappointed.

We stayed in Chicago once in a hotel from the same group and it was perfect, nothing to complain about, but this time it was a collection of strange situations... my friend who was in another room was bitten by insects while she was sleeping and we are not sure if it was bedbugs or not, the other day we were without water for almost the entire day and this could be a problem with the supply company, but the staff didn't know what happened and were a bit rude. The next day the elevator stopped working... the hotel was good in general, but this time things left a lot to be desired.

This happened to be the best price which is why i chose it. I was not disappointed! It was so clean, the room was huge, the pool waw crystal clear and the staff were all so friendly! 10 out of 10 and I WILL stay there again!

It is a great place, just some minor things would make me move the grade up. The morning breakfast was a little below average. They could add more items. The staff was great. Rooms were great. Not many restaurants within walking distance besides the Cracker Barrel (across the parking lot). Overall a great place, very close to 5 stars.
