I usually love this hotel but I got the nastiest room last night. I brought it to the attention of hotel staff this morning and feel like we should have gotten credit or money back. Toilet clogged. Room was super dirty not cleaned. The bed had nasty flakes that looked like picked scabs everywhere. Hair and dirt all over tub. I showed pics. We were put in last room by outside entrance and did not get any rest either. Super loud. Never had this issue prior though

the room was very clean. the staff were professional and kind. only negative thing about the hotel is the outside smells so bad of pet dropping odor from people not cleaning up after their pets.

My issue was the smell. The hallway smelled, and was dirty. We had to change rooms 3x because of cigarette smoke. They tried to blame it on the smoke surrounding the area. Uh...we know the difference between smoke and cigarette smoke. Also, did not get new towels, was told by clerk that you have to request them when checking in. He was the same guy that checked us in. If you want a cheap room with nothing else but a bed and a clean shower. This is the place to go. Coffee - but nothing else.

The staff here was very nice. The cleaners need a training session on how to clean better. This was a very dirty room we stayed in for 3 nights. Our bathroom sink would not drain. The floors were so dirty. Burn holes in our sheets. We went and bought our own blankets so we could sleep with some ease of cleanness. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was basic, but good. the location was a little hard to get to from our location at first. parking was definitely tight. The room was clean and was good for what we needed.

Nothing in the room worked including lights. Toilet didn’t work and it was obviously dirty

This is one of the better Motel 6s that we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable and room is clean. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful! Overall, an enjoyable place to stay for a night.

Not even a refrigerator or microwave. Not even shampoo.

I didn’t realize I book a handicapped room. We were too tired to ask for a different room. Therefore, the shower was n't user friendly for someone that didn’t use ADA facilities. TV didn't work. Refrigerator was extremely noisy. Staff was pleasant at chechin and checkout.

I am a little upset I canceled my stay and it still was trying to have my card charged I canceled the 16 of June when I found out my trip was not happening so I am really not happy with Expedia about this th e beds are hard as a rock though it would be nice to have comfortable beds

Dirty room plus a 4 dollar charge per night for a fridge and a 4 dollar charge per night for a microwave.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The motel was cool and clean.

Indoor access to rooms. Luggage cart is handy. Motel 6 is a lot better than what they used to be. I prefer them over the small mom and Pop hotels.

The staff was awesome. Your basic Motel 6. But I had the only dog on a leash in the hotel and outside. People did not pick up after their dogs. Even had a nice potty station.

Our stay was pretty good overall. The only noise was from people’s dogs barking. Front desk was very helpful.

No soaps or shampoo provided. Bed was hard, uncomfortable. Bathroom mirror had water spots all over it. Overhead lights above beds had what looked like dried blood. Turns out to be paint. Did call staff and he was very nice and accomodating. Came right away to check what it was. We definitely dont blame the staff as this really comes down to whoever owns this franchise.

I didn’t like was. A little loud a night some people their had a dog and it was very loud ! And he walked in and out and slammed the door super loud ! I don’t think i was the only one who noticed it but overall every thing was ok

When we arrived to check on there was no employee to check us in for almost 1 hour- calling but no answer , nothing done to make it right

It was very noisy and people in the next room and in the hall were extemely noisy and had to call the desk to fix the issue. People have very poor manners.

This hotel has great staff and the room was surprisingly clean. The hotel itself is kind of run down (hey, it’s a Motel 6), but for the price, what do you expect? I ended up checking out early however, because it did not feel safe. There were all sorts of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot all night, and the hotel staff had to call the police to eject a belligerent group of people while I was there. So, again, the staff worked hard and were friendly, but it’s in a shady area, and I would never book this hotel again.

Needs a thorough cleaning & new mattresses (very lumpy & soft; you had to be careful about rolling over because it dipped so bad).

The first night the bed wasnt made and there were no pillow cases on bed. I was told they were overbooked but would take care of it right away. I had left fir 3 hours but when returning still no blankets i talked to the same person who assured me they were almost ready. I went to pool with my family when going back to the room there still were no blankets at 10pm at night and again i had to go to the front desk. Finally was given very thin blankets but no comforters. I was assured the room had been cleaned they were just behind but found things left behind by other travelers and dirt/cobwebs in our room and had to clean oue selves. Also the microwave in the lobby was dirty. The second night things were better as far as getting rest of the bedding and things that were asked for. All staff were nice and friendly it just seemed staff were stressed the first night and things werent getting done how they should have been. I mean for the money it was a nice stay other than those issues. Liked the pool, and the location was convenient

The parking area was very narrow, the lawn outside was unkept and brown around the picnic area. There was a lack of signs on the buildings that showed what rooms were in each building we had to guess. The staff was very difficult to work with when we checked in. My son booked and paid for the room for me and my mother, which both of us have disabilities. My son tried to go in and check us in with my drivers license and they said he couldn't, that I had to physically come check in myself. Which was a physical hardship for me. Then when we went to our room later that night I required extra pillows for comfort as I was in pain. The room phone didn't work, I tried to call from my cell phone and got no answer or an automated message, so I was in pain all night. I couldn't walk to the front desk because I can't walk that far and I couldn't have my mother go to get us extra pillows because she has dementia and would have gotten lost, so even though the rooms were clean the lack of good caring customer service made it a terrible experience and unfortunately we will never stay at one of your hotels again, nor will we recommend your hotel to anyone. I really felt that this wasn't a handicap friendly establishment.
