Our stay was really first class.All the staff was very friendly and helpful,Luis in Palamos Restaurant was very friendly and very polite,just wonderful.The property is older,but it’s in no way run down.our suite was very spacious and comfortable,although we won’t be staying next to the elevator next time.All and all a great experience,we recommend staying at Pueblo Bonito Blanco highly.

It was an amazing trip. They had the most, friendliest. respectful and very professional staff from the groundskeeper to the front desk. Very secure, clean, beautiful property that sits right on the beach with its sister property Pueblo Bonito Rose right next to Pueblo Bonito Blanco where we stayed. My daughter stayed in the Rose so we enjoyed both of their amenities. It was just wonderful. We will definitly be returning back.

Beautiful location right on the beach, rooms and view exceptional. Pool service does not start until 10:00a.m. which was disappointing since most guests were at the pool much earlier (need to go early if you wanted chairs). We used the pool next door at Rose the majority of the time as they had more room and activities that actually took place. 3 out of the 5 days had excellent service, they rotate staff so never sure who you will get. Fellini's at Rose was the best dinner we had while there, we did take the shuttle to Quivira steakhouse (at sister property) and was just okay, would not recommend. All and all a good time and would go back.

This property was beautiful, very modern Mexico style. We selected the all-inclusive option (the only downfall was always having to scan your bracelet) seems minor, but when you’re at an all-inclusive, always having to “get the cheque” on the beach, at the bar, by the pool, at the restaurants was inconvenient
One server on the beach was hardly around, we mostly had to go up and get our own drinks. Then we ended up at the other end of the beach the next day, and that server was always there, and brought us food too. He was also a lot friendlier and chatty.
We had a couple of issues in the room - one was the safe being locked when we arrived - they came and switched out the safe (after much trial & error) but we somehow tripped a breaker and lost half the power in the room, no one ever did show up to fix it.
We ordered a pot of coffee and pastries to the room every morning which was amazing. We had great views. The food on the resort was so good!
One cool feature with this resort is that you have access to the other Pueblo Bonito properties.

Ok resort. The rooms are outdated and there are only 2 restaurants in the property. The service was hit and miss but mostly misses. Waiters by the pool ignored you and didn’t come by very often, also not the friendliest. The location was great. But probably will not stay here again.

Just Beautiful- and right in the middle of everything, easy walking distance to other hotels, restaurants, and the Marina. The view is amazing of the water out towards the Arch! Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at a Pueblo Bonito all-inclusive and it exceeded all of my expectations. The food was pretty good—I do think breakfast options/restaurants could get better, but other than that, lunch and dinner was really good! All of the seafood was very fresh, so that was very impressive. I visited Cabo San Lucas with family and everyone was very pleased with the amenities, and one of our favorite things was having the opportunity to visit the other Pueblo Bonito hotels (Rose and Sunset Beach), with complementary shuttle transportation. What a great way to take care of your guests, Pueblo Bonito!
