Our stay was cut short because of Hurricane Milton. We will be back. The only thing missing from our room was a chair. We love Ormond Beach

Every employee we encountered was very helpful & friendly. Matthew who put chairs & umbrellas out on the beach was exceptional. The girl at the front desk at check in was overwhelmed. She was checking people in AND handling the phone. We waited about 10 minutes to get to check in. A family came in after us and for some reason the concierge checked them in all while we were still waiting. They were in & out. That put us off to a bad start but our stay was very nice.

Our family loves this property. The clean rooms are so spacious and comfortable. With a full kitchen you can cook some of your own meals. If you don’t want to cook there are plenty of nearby dining options. The outdoor grilling area is awesome as well. The kids ( and the adults!) love the pool area. A few steps and you are on the beach. The staff is friendly and very communicative. They text you throughout the stay to make sure you have everything you need. This property is definitely a favorite for us. I highly recommend for your next beach vacation.

Nice family place to stay clean and maintain would consider staying here again as i did in the past for many years. It’s now a Hilton property before was a Diamond Property and the Time Share person you need to see to obtain your parking permit is a bit pushy just blow him off because the grand tour is off site at the old Daytona Beach Regency down the street a former Diamond Property now also a Hilton. The key is to have your spouse wait outside and say there at the store and don’t commit to nothing. works every time.

Very nice property with great beach access and view. Pool area was nice for kids and adults. Rooms were quiet, clean and well stocked in the kitchen area. Many activities were close to the property by car.

This hotel is amazing! Well worth the stay! The rooms are beautiful. The views are outstanding. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. And I can't forget the lazy river and spa that sets right on the beach! Wonderful!

The bed was hard. The dryer took forever to dry when you’re in the pool. There’s a dirty ring around the pool. Can you charge all kinds of additional charges? It’s hard for a family to go away and have a good time.

The staff was very nice & helpful. Our bathroom was very small. Had two large TVs, but are located at the side of the bed & at the side of couch which makes uncomfortable to watch. We stayed in the one bedroom.

We've stayed at this resort many times and keep coming back. It's directly on the beach and one of the few hotels in the area with a lazy river. It's clean with many things to do, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They provide many of the amenities. There are convenient laundry facilities including some inside the room. We always have a wonderful time here!

We had a queen suite for a 3 night stay. Bathroom and closet were small but rest of room was spacious. Looks like furniture was recently replaced. Staff were awesome. No housekeeping but easy to have towels exchanged which was all we needed. Great location on beach. Nice pool.

Our room had the odor of cigarette smoke and the front desk tried their best by offering a spray through housekeeping as there were no other comparable rooms for transfer. It was still noticeable however a thank you to India for her professionalism and doing her best to accommodate our party.

2nd time staying here. Had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room with full kitchen. Newly updated. All appliances were Samsung and looked brand new. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick, easy and staff was friendly. Kids love the pool area with lazy river. They also supply tubes to use in the pool/river and first come first serve beach chairs and umbrellas. Definitely recommend The Cove!

Hotel Room not as per picture, I booked a sea view at extra cost and got a side suite , bed uncomfortable , noisy A\C unit kept me up all night , not worth the money , Sofa uncomfortable, no cushions either , not a good standard for Hilton
