Property is nice but a little outdated. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Hey need elevator lift at the property

The staff were great, the room was nice but had tiny ant invasion, so we had to not eat in the room and rinse out cans of soda before throwing into the trash can. The property is right on the beach and had a nice pool. Only wish they had a restaurant. It was convenient to stores and eateries and close to airport and SGU.

Five stars for the staff and the location. They are so lovely, kind and accommodating.

Favorite location! Grand Anse beach is in the back yard! Employees are great!!!

Clean and quiet place

A bit outdated but clean, staff are responsive and it’s right on the beach with free chairs and a pool. Really good location.

Beach is amazing

This hotel is on what I believe to be the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean. The property was clean for the most part. The a/c worked. Beyond that, there isn’t much positive to say. Hotel appears to be around 30 years old and appears to have never been updated. The room is extremely spartan and worn. The furnishings are what you would find in a 1 star hotel. The bed is horrible. About half the electrical in my room worked. There is no open bar, restaurant, or even vending on the property. With a few million dollars and a bulldozer, this could be an amazing property. As it sits, it’s very poor and made even worse by the fact that the photos depict it as it would have looked in the past, rather than it looks today.

Second time there for location when my other location is not available. Needs some upgrading but was more comfortable from my last experience.

Professional, friendly and courtious customer service from the operation staff. The hotel is idealy located on the beach. Although the onsite restuarant is temporarily closed, there are many dining options within a 5 minute walk in the vicinity of the properity.

The Allamanda is a clean, well cared for Hotel located in the heart of Grand Anse Beach - nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. Its location is perfect as you are close to restaurants and a small mall but the beach in front is very quiet and relaxed. We noticed that many of their clients have returned year after year so they are clearly a popular hotel.

The beach is lovely and the staff very attentive Liked having a fridge and a balcony.

We have stayed at the Allamanda 3 times now. We love that this is a family owned hotel. It sits right on Grand Anse beach. The rooms provided are clean, beds comfy, nice little balcony with drying rack & table & chairs, grounds well kept, mini fridge & coffee maker, beach lounges provided, staff always helpful & nice & close to Spiceland Mall for groceries & shopping. Its perfect for our needs. we hope to return soon.

This property needs mayor upgrades and restaurants

Everything was run down. Not enough beach chairs. No place to eat at the location. Very basic facility.

Located on a beautiful beach. Nearby shopping mall and supermarket. Nearby restaurants. WiFi. Convenient.

Unable to access the kitchen after 6pm.

It was closecto public transportation and shopping center. The initial service was poor. The was not ready-TV and fridge was not plugged in no adapter for cell phone. The receptionist Nelson was very nice. He made sure I had everything I needed. The owner apologized for the initial poor service.

Seems like an older property that is trying to be improved. Everything in the room was good, except the mattress. It wasn't terrible, nice and firm, but could have used a pad or cover. Great beach location. Nice pool, but hot tub not working. No restaurant, but several in walking distance. Good value.I would definitely stay here again.
