we were given a room with a obviously faulty shower. All the water from the shower was flowing straight into the room. We dealt with this problem every day, both at the reception and at the service woman . But we were told that this is the best number and all the others are even worse. We had a trauma from staying at this hotel, which I told the management about. Nothing has been done or suggested to remedy the situation.

Great hotel for great price in Cannes. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff was great, hotel was newly renovated and very clean. We had family suite with a second bedroom for kids, it was very spacious and convenient. I would certainly stay here when visiting Cannes next time.

The rooms had no AC. Terrible At 11 pm they offered us to move , with kids.

Quite luxurious rooms, everything you need. But quite bad with cleaning. Stains on towels and bed sheets. Blood stain on curtains. Good and various breakfast. Friendly staff.

Reception and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool area was nice. I was a little surprised that the breakfast area is not open in the evening for dinner, particularly since there are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My stay was however very pleasant and I would use thus hotel again without hesitation, being close to the beach and within a relatively comfortable walk to the old town and main shopping areas.

This is no way a 4* hotel. Pointless request for an online check-in which saved no time at all. The bar was pathetic - no rosé wine…in the south of France! - and a limited selection of other drinks. No dedicated bar staff and, on Friday evening, at 10.15pm, the bar was closed. Would I stay here again - no. Would my friends stay here again - no. Over-priced, under-staffed, under-resourced. Shabby in the extreme and an unedifying experience I would not care to repeat. Ever.

We arrived around midnight after a 3 hour delay on 3/6/22. Upon checking in I asked if we could have a drink at the bar but I was told no . It was our 20th wedding anniversary on the 7/6/22 and a week prior to arriving I sent the hotel an e mail asking if they could arrange for flowers to be delivered to our room and I would pay them whilst there. On the evening of 9/2/ we arrived back at the hotel at 12.55 only to see people sitting at the bar and being served drinks by the same man that told us we couldn’t at midnight on our arrival, not fair I thought . No flowers ever arrived to our room even after paying 100 euro deposit upon arrival when at the time of paying that I thought ok fine that should well cover the flowers. I did not use any services out of the 100 euro taken and I’ve now been back home for 5 days and my money hasn’t been reimbursed

Loved the hotel but I asked to replace the mini fridge and they never did, I was there for 8 days.

Great location, quiet but close to the beach. Rooms are decent, with good showers. Outside pool and basic gym. Wi-fi in lobby. Good breakfast in restaurant (only open mornings). Walking distance to told town.

The room was surprisingly so old, I couldnt stop saying oh my.... to myself. I havent seen the hair dryer that hang on the wall for centuries! And it was so powerless, I had to use it for more than 15 minutes to dry my hair. Then it gets so hot to hold it. One of the electric socket was broken and couldnt use it. I cannnot believe it still has 4 stars. It is definitely 2 or 3 stars at max.

location was excellent - parking at the hotel a great advantage but the only thing was that in you information about the hotel parking cost was 10 euro per day but his was wrong it was 15 euro per day so it cost me an extra 25 euro on my hotel bill

Faulty towers is how I describe the hallway and lifts. Ridiculously misleading. Entrance for hotel is lovely and so is the rest of the downstairs. However the rooms are very budget and simply painted over. Rooms are dated and need more than just paint. Good location is the positive to this place. Also had a comfortable bed with air conditioning.

Best hotel in cannes. 5 mins walking to the city center and the Croissete road.Service is great, helpful and friendly staff.clean and classic rooms. I stayed 8 days with a very reasonable price compared to other hotels.

This hotel is a disgrace.Dirty rooms and bathrooms- the air conditioning doesn’t work. We had to change room because the first room was swelteringly hot and were moved to the more shaded side of the hotel. Mould around the vents and in the bathrooms.I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down.Bar closes at 10 and there’s no room service after that time so if you run out of water you are out of luck.The pool area is also filthy.
