I wish there had been a desk in the room. I was happy there were tea bags. The desk clerk when I checked in was very nice. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine. I appreciated that there were restaurants in easy walking distance.

The hotel was ok, good for a place to sleep and shower. Just disappointed about the breakfast options, mostly pastries, bread, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal.

This is our favorite place to stay when we're in the area. Beds are comfy, room is clean, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Never again. Best western should be ashamed. I had roaches in my bed crawling everywhere. By far the last disgusting hotel I’ve stayed. Spent the night here to get a good nights rest before continuing my trip.

The room was very clean and very nice to stay in. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast lacked something to be desired.

Desk staff is rude.

The man who checked me in was very rude I got there at 2:30 and as soon as I came in he immediately said “check in isn’t until 3:00” I said that’s only 30 minutes away can you please see if there is a room ready we just drove for 4 hours and it was extremely hot he then said 30 minutes will be fine and turned away from me and made a phone call. He also made a photo copy of my DL I asked why and he said they keep it on file for three years I said this is the first time anyone has ever done this and this isn’t my first hotel stay that made me very uncomfortable. He also didn’t even say anything about the complimentary breakfast so we missed that. Never will stay here again snd the room smells terrible

Clean and good service to each room

The hairdryer doesn’t really work as a hairdryer. It does something but it doesn’t dry your hair. It’s so tiny and not hot.

Neighborhood was a bit rough.

Full of kids, homeless all over the property, didn’t even stay the night, wouldn’t give a refund.

Very difficult, sent a request to have downstairs room, as part of my foot had been amputated. Did not receive request and did not have room available and had to climb stairs, no elevator, other than that stay was fine

Everything was nice

First we came in second floor rooms which have a door that are conected to another room (of course locked) but the noise from second room was very loud. We could hear them talk everything. Them we switched room in first floor. Room 130. Noise was better much quiter room without that connecting door just walls all around. You could hear noise if someone is jumping above you but ok that was just shortly. What bothered me with this room..The room had moisture and a moldy smell. Even when I turned on the air conditioning, I felt a disgusting smell coming from it. The previous room did not have this problem, but this one was disgusting to stay in. Room 130 urgently needs renovation! To add, we have been traveling for three weeks across America: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Utah, and Arizona, and nowhere have I experienced a room with so much moisture and moldy smell. The mold is not visible anywhere; it might be in the air conditioning or under the carpet, I'm not sure. However, I can still praise the staff for being friendly, and I have no bad comments about them!

What kind of establishment is completely non smoking??? And how you run out of wash cloths? Other than that my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. If I wasn't a smoker I'd definitely stay again. Good bang for the buck

I lost my 245 one night I ugly a lot homeless bad area . Were this hotel located . Never again.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They made my stay perfect. It is a basic hotel, as that was what I could afford, so I didn’t expect much. However, my stay was made great because the staff were so friendly and helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend it.
