The king bed suite was amazing. Has a balcony and very quiet at night. Safe to walk around and many dining options a few blocks away. Staff was always helpful

The experience I had with this hotel is really disappointing. Although the hotel's location and building are good, there are a lot downfalls involved. I will explain why. 1- I booked a deluxe room but when we arrived we were given a room without a window. When we complained, they said that this is their standard room and I could upgrade to a room with a balcony. I explained that I do not need a balcony but the only way forward was to pay extra money to get a room with a window. 2- We booked a room with two double beds and finished with a room with one double bed and one single bunk bed. 3- No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. 4- Shower was very bad, with no shower head. 5-Water was turbid ( 6- The water drains very slowly from the sink and shower. 7- Food at breakfast was substandard with limited choice. 8- Coffee and tea served at breakfast were made with highly chlorinated tap water. tastes absolutely revolting. In summary, in spite of the good location, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Overall, this is a really nice place to stay if for a very short stay. The hotel does show its age, lack of supplies in the room made it feel bare. No coffee maker, no iron, plain looking room. The staff is incredible and this is my second stay. I chose this place for 2 nights mainly the staff is very very pleasant and my stay would be short. Location is great, breakfast is so so (limited). I would stay here again for 2 nights or less but cant see myself spending more than that. Just not enough amenities or anything to do, no gym either.

The TV was very uncomfortable for us. an the refrigerator .

Absolutely excellent staff, we stayed in a terrace suite which was beautiful with wonderful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's best assets are it's staff who are polite, attentive and professional throughout. However the building itself is drab and basic. The room I was in had a large comfy bed, a table and two chairs, a TV and a desk, that's it (plus an empty fridge). No kettle, no bottled water, no tea/coffee facilities, no iron etc. The bathroom was plain and lacked toiletries (gel in a dispenser) Daily room service was decent however (again, staff are great). Communal areas similarly sparse. Breakfast wasn't bad, not a choice, but fairly basic, again, excellent service from staff. Overall, not bad, just not good either. The owners need to brighten the place up and equip the rooms out a little more. (Rooms without tea/coffee facilities belong in the 1970s!)

Staff here was incredible! Despite the language gap, they really worked hard to do what they could. The ones that did speak English, were very helpful as well. I had a small issue unrelated to my stay, and the desk people made it their own problem, and did not give up until resolved. The main waiter in the restaurant was fantastic as well. Rooms BIG and very nice. From the minute i first walked in, until I left, absolutey no complaints. Nothing more I could have asked for except maybe an Ice Machine

The hotel has no heating and it's cold at night, and the WiFi connection is weak and unstable.

The place is very quiet and easy to get around. The staff is very responsible and take care of you for any needs you have.

Bug bed, noisy outside with traffic, Mold in the bathrooms. My bed was.moving as cars were passing beside the hotel. Sorry but the picture used in the advertisement doesn't match with reality. Not good experience for me

I loved the food in the restaurant and the friendly staff . They have room service and safes in the rooms . It was cold but they provide a heavy blanket that works well .

Nice hotel, clean and quiet with good location. Excellent breakfast included. Professional staff. I felt confortable.

The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating. I do T think the hotel was full so the bar and restaurant often felt empty…BUT…the food was good, fair price. Breakfast was cold food only - fruits, yoghurt, cereal…no hot eggs for instance but was adequate. I would stay again.

The rooms were spacious and check in was swift. However, I’m taking time to write and being a Gold member I should write even more, because when the website presents inaccurate information, this needs to be addressed. There are just too many hotel options out there to allow and permit the display of inaccurate info. There is no on site gym! Why list that which does not exist. And as a marathon runner, I like to get my 10,000 steps in. 2) the beverage for VIP gold was a 500ml bottle of water, that’s one 500ml for two adults; newborn babies probably drink more. 3) on check out I was hassled for an expense that I did not incur. Of course, I promptly exchanged words and directed him to review the excellent video surveillance to cross-check if I’d ordered room service or at their eating facility (the word restaurant has different meanings) 4) there was one outlet in the corner so you can charge a device and have it on the floor. The other outlets for the tv, dish, light. So Yes the room spacious and conveniently located. But accurate info should be reflected on the site.
