I will stay here again. Breakfast was hot & a true breakfast

Great staff, CLEAN, and quiet.

Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Room 217 was of decent size, clean, quiet through the night. Bed was harder than I prefer, but husband likes a harder bed so it's a matter of preference. Pillows were soft, but again preference, I like to sleep on stacked pillows so my head & neck don't angle down but these pillows were too soft to keep my neck/head level. A/C could have been cooler. Although thermostat is in the room, we couldn't get it to set below 66 degrees. Blackout shades worked perfectly. Plenty of plugs/USB ports to charge your electronics. Plenty of towel sets. Shower had great water pressure and water stayed hot. Nice sized TV and sofa. Haven't tried breakfast yet so cannot comment on that. ALL IN ALL, pleased with our stay; however next time I'll remember to bring my own pillows.

Clean, new, friendly staff

Clean updated room, breakfast ok, however parking very limited and bathroom door is chipped needs paint touchup.

It was clean, good breakfast, big tv in our room, quiet, and nice outdoor pool. I missed having a hook on the back of bathroom door, better internet ( can’t even get it in parking lot on cell phone), and a magnifying makeup mirror. But, nice stay.

I normally stay in hotels every other week for job reasons. this one has the best breakfast ever. The people in the kitchen don't play around, amazing people. Food is fresh, I don't remember the lady's name (she has read hair and traveled the world working with kids in special needs and now she work at this hotel, she was so loving and kind with my two boys, amazing person. Whenever I come back to Kerrville that will be my place to stay.

This hotel was fine for a one night stay during travel. The area has a lot available close by and the access to I-10 is great but no views or extra comforts. Average food ( too much sugar) would like healthier choices. Grass area has tons of stickers ( not good for dogs feet).

To be able to find parking space if you check in late can be challenging since there’s utility vehicles occupying more then one space

Gym equipment not working, staff unconcerned. Facility is a little worn...could use some fresh carpet and paint. It's a little less impressive than most Hampton's we have visited.

More breakfast options for people with food sensitivities.

My stay worked out well overall and it was the expected good Hampton Inn experience like I've had elsewhere. I'm grateful for Nikki's acknowledgement message regarding the special requests that I typed into my reservation and grateful that the staff followed through with the requests. Everyone of the front desk that I talked with was very kind. Thank you!

Front desk was great! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Darn air condition rattled all night and kept me up-I could’ve called maint at 10 pm but what could you do? Otherwise stay was fine, hot tub was added benefit!

Do not stay in room 314 if you are not a small person. The shower is less than 2’ between the wall and curtain. But if you are smaller then maybe you won’t bust your head on the towel shelf corner. It is on the wall just in front of and above the toilet. I obviously am not the first one to find out.

Great placement of the property which is close to town but also to major highways. The staff was nice and helped me with anything. Very reasonable pricing and love their pet policy. Thank you.

The room was was over priced compared to typical pricing for a Hampton, but it was Rallye Time. The room was great, but the shower was a bit odd, it had a low ceiling and I'm not that tall at 5ft 10in. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is served promptly at 6am.

It is a one night getaway. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The area is good. Parking seems plentiful.

Nice clean place

It was an ok visit. Nothing spectacular stood out and nothing terrible stood out either. I didn’t care much for some of the breakfast items.

Nicely recently redone lobby with breakfast. Would love to see more health friendly foods offered. Rooms are clean and check in is smooth.
