Nice affordable room, clean daily service, well located

Can’t sleep too much noise, wall very thin

For CAN$166 this is a sad place to stay. My son said there was hair on the sheets. Refused to cover himself with the blanket for the night. People were talking on the hallway late at night. Beds were comfortable enough.

Blood on towels. Consistently dirty towels with mysterious colour dye. Do not stay.

Great area

The first room we went to had mold, which caused my son to have an asthma attack. We had to change rooms and the second room had cockroaches, both dead and alive. There was multiple electrical outlets, missing covers, stains on the wall, the floors and the bedsheets. The shower curtain had a very large stain that looked like feces. After this experience, we will never stay in a motel six again. We are concerned that we are going to take cockroaches to our own house and are going to have our clothes and other items that were in that room fumigated.

The staff were amazing! We were there to attend a dog show and my dog loved the room!

All was good for a normal dive hotel ...regular to not have the best of everything however the moment that I saw a cockroach and then explored a little bit more and found another dead cockroach I immediately packed up and left!!

Our phone didn’t work, and the front desk staff was not unfriendly, but would basically avoid interaction at all. Not overly dirty, but not great.

There should be coffee pots in the rooms.

The hotel is fine for a single night stay, but the price for the condition and state of the hotel is unacceptable. Friendly staff and the room was clean, but $200 a night is ridiculous.

At 445 AM the room next to us had a huge commotion where someone was aggressively cutting and sawing at something. This disrupted my sleep and I was about to call the front desk but chose to report it when I checked out. There was no hangers or space to hang up any clothing which was not ideal. The bed was comfortable which is a good thing at a Motel 6

It was clean and fairly quite. Parking was a bit challenging at times but it was a good stay

The rooms seem clean, but they are very dated. Also it gives you a sketchy vibe. Front desk girl was easy enough to work with, a marijuana odor coming from the cleaning staff area. All in all the very poor experience.

Smelled like smoke so bad, my kids coughed like crazy. So gross. Dirty. Nothing good about it.

I have to say with all of the problems, the staff was helpful and responsive. The walls are paper, thin and you can hear everything going on in rooms above and adjacent. There was a loud guest sitting in the hallway for an hour and a half talking loudly on his cell phone but when I complained, the staff took care of it. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and the shower curtain was thin and clung to your body because it was so thin it was uncomfortable. The decor looked like it was purchased from a yard sale. The bed was very uncomfortable. The vending machine was broken and I couldn’t get water other than from the sink in the bathroom. The TV lost connection somehow by touching the wrong button on the remote, but the staff was very helpful in getting it reconnected after I worked on it for a while. I didn’t sleep at all.

Everything was wonderful

I have stayed here many times and really liked it. But this time I had a 2 night reservation which was prepaid and I called to say I wouldn't make it in for the 1st night night but to please hold the reservation for me for the second night. When I went to check in they had cancelled my whole reservation and I had to pay out of pocket for the 2nd night and now I am having trouble getting reimbursed for the cancelled prepaid reservation. Not good customer service especially for someone who stays at your hotel often and has really liked it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything was as expected...kind of the minimal but done well. Some furniture in need of replacement due to wear and tear. Found the front desk staff to be really friendly and helpful on questions we had about the local area. Good, low-priced option for a short stay.

Roach roommate, appears may be under remodel. Not sure. No fire detectors. No soap, shampoo, provided if you forgot yours. Beds were super squishy.

The place was filthy. Mattress pad had blood on it. There were blood spatters on the bathroom wall. Furniture was broken and covered in grime. Bathroom hardware was all rusty. Wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though it was no smoking. Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend!

Improperly wired GFCI plug in bathroom. Got shocked when plugging something in.

Dirty & unsafe

Locked out of my room for almost two hours because of a faulty door latch that they knew they had problems with. Front desk girl was annoyed that I kept asking for updates because she only wanted to play with her Nintendo switch. Took the maintenance guy over a half hour to come down and look at it although he lives on the third floor. All while I got to sit in the hallway because my wallet, keys and phone were in the room.
