The lady who checked me in at reception was nice. However, there are no elevators. My fiancé will be looking to fly to Oregon and he is disabled. Was disappointed in the lack of breakfast they offered.. Don’t know if I’d be staying there again

The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful with questions. The room was clean . Next morning shower didn’t work the knob was stuck on the hottest temperature. Unable to shower . Let front end manager know with out muck concern . We’re gone by 8 for airport

Room was clean, bed slept well. AC did not work, thankfully window opened so we could get some cool air as we did not want the hassle of trying to change rooms after long day of travel.

Mostly ok. Arrived after a 17 hour drive from Las Vegas and was tired. Stepped up to the counter and began speaking to the agent on duty. As I was talking the phone rang and immediately she began engaging the phone call and I was left standing there for five minutes until the call was completed. Had I known this was faster I would have checked in from my car. Other issue complimentary breakfast was lacking. Was expecting something hot like eggs, sausage, pancakes something. Not even small boxes of cereal or bagels with cream cheese. I can’t remember exactly what the options were I just know we left without eating and went to a restaurant for breakfast. I know your Super 8. Your comparable competitor is Motel 6 not the Marriott but you can do better.

Good location, staff was helpful, room was clean, shuttle to the airport available and fast. I could hear the guest above me moving around a lot, however, it’s an old hotel. All in all, it’s a good place to stay.

Hotel could use a lot of updates. Water pressure was average, lots of rust in the bathroom in bathtub and sink. Towels were great and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV remote to work even after going to the front desk. Our key cards kept deactivating daily so it was a hassle to get new keys made every day. We didn’t use the refrigerator or the microwave so I’m sure if they worked. Limited lighting in the room. Wall unit air seemed to work fine. The Wi-Fi worked pretty well while we were in the room. Vending machines were out of order the entire week we were there and the breakfast was very limited to bananas, yogurt, and cold cereal. There was a bit of a language issue with the staff, and my daughter and I. The ice machines seem to work well. There was plenty of parking.

I would not stay here again. Arrived an hour before check in and was charged $25 just so I could drop off backpack and leave for 8 hours. Room had mildew and smoky smell. Even with window and fan going it didn’t get the smell out. At check in was told there was shuttle to airport starting at 4am then every 30 minutes. I showed up at 4 and was told I wasn’t on the list, which I wasn’t told there was a list. The worker was accommodating and had someone take me at 4:15 since my flight was at 6.

The Afternoon Shift Guy at Reception was terrible. I tried asking him a question on 3x occasions. He would simply say no or I dont know. He had the personality of a stone. He definitely shouldnt be in Customer Service. The water vending machine wasnt working so i asked if he could have a look. Once again, no was his reply. He eventually did, we couldnt get it to take $. The man had terribly body odour and needed deodorant

I liked the easy check in and out. The staff were kind and friendly. Parking is limited. There is a long term airport parking where I parked 1 night, without problem.

The first room we were assigned had bugs (good contenders for bed bugs) and sediment along the top borders of sham under the mattress. The second room we were moved to had been tidied, but not cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed, the surfaces had not been wiped, the beds were remade with the same bedding of at least the last guests. It was very uncomfortable.
I will say that the front desk staff was kind and the park and fly option was fairly convenient. I will not be staying there as a hotel guest in the future however.

Our room shows signs of age and wear & tear, but it’s clean and comfortable. I have used this property many times over the past 30 years (likely in excess of 50 times) and have always been satisfied with its conditions, comfort, location and cost. I highly recommend it.

There are no restaurants in convenient walking distance we had no ground transportation to take us any distance from the location to get services such as food entertainment Etc it is a park and fly Hotel and I applaud them for that great rates convenient and clean

The breakfast included is not really breakfast and our bed was on poor conditions . But with those prices is a fair stay.
