The harsh chemicals used to clean the hotel stunk the place up and the shampoo available made my hair dull and frizzy.

Hotel experience was as expected for a Super 8/Fairbridge. Room was big - king size bed, fridge, micro. Would have liked another place to sit in the room other than the desk but that's ok. Room was clean & comfortable. Hallways quiet after 10pm. This place was a cheaper stay than other hotels around and that’s what we were looking for - but cleanliness is always necessary. This place had it. I will say the boiler went out twice so we were left without hot water. Management was apologetic and will be issuing a portion of our money back for the inconvenience.

We did not even stay there. There was a gang outside where we "think" the check in was supposed to be. We could not find the actual door. Drugs being done in the parking lot, as we watched. Completely filthy parking lot. We quickly booked another hotel and left the area as soon as we could.

Overall we had a good stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area though small, had a good variety of options to choose from. Our room had painters tape on broken pieces of the floor and we had issues with cable for half a day. Once the front staff was notified about it they came right away to try and fix it and was ultimately fixed. Bed was comfortable but could’ve used a heavier comforter as there was thin sheets and a large blanket on bed. Drink machine was down in vending area, seems like the hotel has some updating they are in or need to do. A/C was great and worked very well.

Served its purpose. To me it seemed pretty clean. Can use an update. Breakfast pretty decent and will get the job done.

Uber or Lyft has it listed as Super 8 this hard to use those apps with it. I felt I was charged more than the motel room was worth. Should adjust price lower. Expedia should be a better bargain and instead it cost me more. Staff was nice. Cleaning lady did a nice job.

Front desk gave me a hard tin even after I explained that I was traveling with a company credit card for business.
My room was dingy and had a smell through the entire place like damp or old water.
Definitely not as pictured. Would never stay here again for anything.

This place is amazing, so underrated!!! Rooms are very very nice and extremely clean. The staff is wonderful!!!! Stay here often and they even gave me a gift !!! Love the Fairbridge!!!!!

Room was non-smoking but the hotel is old enough that the smell can't be gotten rid of completely. Beds, pillows and linens very nice, room and bathroom clean.

Clean, friendly and accommodating staff, hotel needs renovation like thousand of other alike hotels across the country, which have aged terribly and are rundown, this one needs major renovation, travelers and accommodation has changed in the past 10 years yet we can only stay in hotel that looks like it came back in late 80s. Simplicity is they key and cleanliness and making sure simple amenities are in order and available at disposal for guests.

It was a brief overnight stay on our way home. The room was clean and spacious. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful on our check-in. At first it looked like the sheets were dirty, but when we called the desk clerk he came and showed us that the sheets were thin in the dark areas, and we were seeing the blanket through the thin places in the sheets. It took him a few minutes to arrive. He apologized for being late, but he was the only one there and had to attend to other things first. Breakfast was basic: cereal, bread/toast, yogurt, and a waffle machine. Those were good enough for us.

Fairbridge Inn Express is a clean, safe, convenient, reasonably priced place to stay for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to dining, shopping and access to the NYS Thruway. They provide a variety of breakfast foods and coffee in the morning and daily room cleaning. We enjoyed our stay.
