Pretty grim stuff here. Depressing place. Double charged for the deposit, and the sorriest "free breakfast" you ever did see. Fine for a night if needed but best avoided if at all possible.

The place was in better shape than the last time we stayed. May have something to do with being near the front rather than the back. Clean. Kind staff. I liked the large space which the Albany one doesn't offer. Then again there's a $20-40 difference in price each night.
The major issue, which is why I will likely stay in area hotels (because of the style of travel I do), is the cost. Never book in advance on Expedia. I booked this place several months ago. A week before my stay, I could have booked the place for $40 cheaper/night. Even the day of was $20 a night cheaper. I understand that this is on Expedia more than the hotel. However, just book at the last minute.

The motel is well taken care of and has nice staff. However, skip the breakfast unless you want a diabetic fit as it’s a surgery pastry and a couple of sweet cereals ☹️.

The hotel is good for the price - if you need a clean place to sleep and take a shower, it gets the job done! But what really stands out about the place is the excellent customer service. We had made some booking mistakes (on our end) and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Their attention and courtesy is what will have us coming back again!

Super Comfortable bed! Excellent customer service! Great location! Easy parking. Quite a small room. Awkward set-up with luggage rack and clothes hanging rod behind fridge but at least there is a fridge and a microwave! AC works well and is not too noisy. Nice to have a chair other than just a desk chair. One annoying thing: the bathroom light is on a motion sensor with no way to turn it off so if someone gets up in the night a bright light wakes everyone up! They really need to make the motion light a night light or better yet put an off switch on it. Other than that no complaints.
