It was very noisy. We thought it was a little funny that there were ear plugs on the tv console, but we later understood why. The breakfast and service was good, but we'd likely stay somewhere else if we visited long beach in the future.

The breakfast was really really good. Constant replenishing of fresh hot items. The server/ attendant was super!! I do feel a little gouged for the weekday rate because of the 4th of July. But I knew it going in. All and all a nice stay.

Desk staff super friendly and appreciated their efforts to make the stay even better. We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn’t ready (understandable) they provided us with our parking permit and we were able to wake the cute town. They asked us to check back at normal check in time for our room…I was pleasantly surprised when a bit later we received a call telling us that our room was ready and we could check in at anytime.

The room smelt like wet dog. We had to go into town and buy room spray. The internet did not work and the person at the front desk told me it was a busy weekend and I just had to try later. The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast is good but not worth the 350$ a night stay. Will do airbnb next time.

Location was great. Very small hotel, was on the second floor and the pack of elephants on the 3rd floor stampeded all night. The front desk has ear plugs so ask for them. Nice people working here.

Linda went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Check-in was fast and efficient. The property was clean as was our room. They even provided us with earplugs, I am assuming this may have been due to the fireworks. Although we weren't bothered by the noise great job taking into account the increased noise level for the 4th of July! Location is great! Close to the beach, shops, and plenty of food options.

We were needing room for my parents and myself for the night as we were returning from a family wedding but wanted to take a quick side trip to the beach. It’s a nice place the trouble was while in town nothing was open for restaurants on a Sunday. We ended up getting some fried chicken from the local market for our dinner.
Funny how the weekend before the July 4th holiday and things were closed.

Excellent value for the money. It is a very well kept hotel. That is not an easy thing to do so close to the ocean. The location is right in the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel was fine, a little over priced probably. My only real gripe was a surprise pet fee of $30. The reason I picked this hotel over the nearby hotels was a mistaken belief that there wasn’t a pet fee. I didn’t see an indication of a pet fee on the web site. I understand if there is a fee, but I was under the impression there was not.
I will say my dog was terrified of the hotel. I have no idea why.

We stayed here for the night while we were here to fish. The stay was great. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was beyond what was expected. I highly recommend

I came in around noon just to confirm my stay and to get a parking pass and stood there waiting for someone to come to the front desk for like 15 minutes and no one was around or showed up so I left. Came back in a little later and someone was finally there so I could check in. They were very polite but need someone at the desk more often!

This property is right in the middle of the main downtown section of Long Beach. Great area to stay, unload, then walk around everywhere...great restaurants, souvenir shops and beach access real close! Property has good dog access to walk them and is clean, no weird smells, not a lot of weird noises all night but yet we were on 3rd floor facing west. Free breakfast wa fabulous, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, potatoes, waffle maki g machine, juices, yogurts, a nice display.
