The website did not mention anything about the swimming pool being out of order. Very disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet was not clean. The front desk staff were wonderful.

The front desk refused to help me find an alternative way to pay the 50$ front desk fee. I paid for the room on hotel.com didn’t know about the 50$fee fine print. I had no card for it so they would not refund my money also fine print. So I’m putting this out there. Have all the money you need when you get there. The kids at the desk will not help you in any way. No customer service skills.

The Refrigerator didn't work. Would have been nice to keep my water cold.

I asked late to have a room with hand rail beside the stool. None were available and there stools are very low. The room as well as lobby, breakfast area was very clean. Enjoyed O’Charley’s next door.

When I rated this facility as average I mean that it was neither terrible or excellent. The room that we stayed in had a wet floor due the air conditioner leaking, the bathtub had a very sloped bottom which made it feel difficult to stand in while taking a shower. Surprisingly the tub / shower did not have a grab bar for safety anywhere. The room also showed it's age from water stains on the ceiling and water damaged drywall that had not been repaired to missing grout on the tiles in the tub area that had been caulked (poorly) with silicone. On the plus side, we found the bed to be comfortable and breakfast was ready on time and plentiful. At this particular site (Hopkinsville, KY.) there are at least five facilities to stay at that are all located next to each other in walking distance. Due to the vast choices available, my next stay may not be La Quinta.

Property was fine, staff was rude at check-in. Front desk was on phone with a conversation going in ear piece and couldn’t care less i was there. Wanted to walk out before I saw the room.

Convenient stop enroute from Florida to Minnesota

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, at our ages I would have rather stayed on the first floor instead of the third floor. Other than that our stay was pretty good.

The hotel only had one of my bookings. The area was unsafe and the hotel was not clean

First off when I arrived the front desk lady was very rude, I didn't feel welcome at all. Never seen her again after that and I was there a week. Everyone after that was very nice. I was very disappointed to learn the pool was closed and that was the reason I booked there. I felt I should of got a discount since they didn't advertise it on there website it was closed. The room and hotel is in a need for updating. The maid service was wonderful no complaints there.

I was able to hear several of the guess fussing and some kids yelling and crying. The doors had light coming through it. I kept hearing the toilet flushing in the room beside me. I wish they would have sturdy doors and refrigerators that work alone with the T.V.

Pool was closed which disappointing. The door to our room stuck and you had to slam your body into it to open and close it. When check out came, we got on the road an hour after we wanted because there was absolutely no employee to be found. Ended up leaving key cards in the room and just left. Over all very disappointed. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Staff were friendly & attentive…however pool was not open, sometimes people choose this hotel based on advertised available amenities…not informing clients that of amenities closure is in a way misleading.

The main lobby wall is nothing but mold, and the hallway tile going to the room's first floor is wobbly and coming up. The hotel room tile floor was coming up in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty as well as the room. There was left over food in the fridge, the sheets were dirty.

The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in my 62 years on Earth was with the front desk person that checked me in.

The front desk lady was awesome . The power had gone out and was scrambling to get things working. She let me in the room and told me I can get 10% off my meal at some restaurants within walking distance

The room was fairly standard and cleanish. There was a light smell of mildew but not strong. The desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room does need some repair as the bathroo. Mirror is falling off the wall.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. Also, it looked as if maybe there was some water damage in the lobby at some point, because on one whole wall the wallpaper was missing. It was a turn off when first entering the building.

Much better than the LAQuinta Inn we stayed in @ Beavercreek OH!!! Our room did not have a hair blow dryer. We had to borrow one from a neighboring room!

We needed a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay for the night and we got it. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was kind and efficient. We went in town for dinner and really enjoyed the Hopkinsville Brewing Company. We would definitely stay here again!

Older hotel that needs a revamp. Pool was closed and green. The hotel was not as clean as would have liked but we only stayed one night so it was fine.

We had a comfortable night. We were happy to have a restaurant in walking distance so we didn’t have to drive anywhere after a long day on the road.

Curtains did not close all the way and the lights from the hotel behind our kept us up late.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. We did find 3 roaches in the room. We have stayed there several times before and never had a problem.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in; we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The room did not seem well cleaned - there were still suds on the shower door (which didn’t close properly) indicating the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned after the previous guest. The lamp had a broken fixture. The bulb dangled from the socket. There were stains on the carpet and paint on the window. I don’t know for certain but I’m not convinced the sheets were fresh.

Generally good place to stay. Clean. Would prefer the sink inside the bathroom. Rooms could have better insulation, a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.

Staff left cleaning product in the bathroom and a used coffee bag in the coffeemaker. The room appeared to be cleaned, but? The front desk staff was excellent. The morning breakfast staff, not so much.

Nice hotel, pet fee was affordable which is a big thing for my family.

The carpet was worn an had a staple sticking up. The phone or TV didn't work. We had a hard time to close the bathroom door.

Hotel was in good shape but our bathroom in our room was horrible. The tile floor was all cracked up, uneven and broken. Shower head was bad as well.
